Jahrelang war ich Mitglied, aber jetzt treibt ihr es zu weit !!!
Übernacht wurde ich von einem Erwachsenen zum Kind herunter gestuft. Nur weil ich keinen Bock habe mit Bitcoin zuzahlen. Meine 114Buzz die noch auf meinen Konto waren, und eure Bitcoin könnt ihr euch wo hin stecken. Habe meinen Account gelöscht. Kann eure Seite auch nicht mehr weiterempfehlen, denn wenn man so bevormundet und gezwungen wird nur mit Bitcoin um die Seite voll nutzen zu können, dann eben nicht. Gibt noch andere Seiten und Anbieter.
Und die bieten wenigsten alternative Zahlungsmöglichkeiten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Civitai lists MoonPay as a payment option for "Europe" with NO warning that it doesn't work in all European countries.

I'm in Serbia – a European country. I trusted their info and paid $57 through MoonPay. What happened:

MoonPay accepted my payment, then I found out their app is NOT available in Serbia

My $57 is now stuck in a wallet I cannot access

MoonPay support ran me in circles for 6+ hours and refused to help

Civitai support IGNORES my complaints

When I contacted Civitai to warn them about their misleading "Europe" label, they did not respond. They don't care that their payment info cost me real money.

All they need is a simple disclaimer: "MoonPay app may not be available in all European countries – check before purchasing." But they refuse to add it.

If you're in Serbia, Bosnia, North Macedonia, or any smaller European country – DO NOT use Civitai's MoonPay option. You will lose your money.

Civitai – fix your payment info or at least answer your users. Ignoring complaints doesn't make the problem go away.

I am extremely disappointed with the current state of Civitai's billing system. The platform uses classic 'dark patterns' to hide affordable, short-term options. While they claim to offer monthly memberships, the interface repeatedly redirects users to 'Gift Card' or 'Third Party' payment screens that force a minimum 3-month purchase ($30+).

Trying to pay with PayPal for a single month is like navigating a minefield. They push crypto (Coinbase) aggressively and make it nearly impossible for a casual user to just buy what they need for a one-off project. It’s a shame that such a great creative community is being strangled by greedy, deceptive checkout practices. I wanted to support the site, but not by being tricked into a long-term subscription I didn't ask for.

very easy to get banned and lose paid for website currency for image generation. They don't even show you the reason you got banned.

The site does not work at all. Problems with training, problems with generation - useless help wiki and no support at all!

My account was deleted because I put 'mature' into the negative prompt. I contacted support and they refused to reinstate my account and permanently deleted it. I wasn't even trying to generate anything against their TOS is the crazy part.

they banned me vithot notice or a email what is happend and why, but they keep my creation on website. So i feel that is some political discrimination, maybe them problem iam Jewish..

They keep turning good free functions, into paid functions, and I'm sick and tired of it.

UPDATE: Have send them an email asking why on 30th november. I received an automatic response email.
But, so far, on 7th december: no reaction.

It's a mess. They change their rules all the time and then ban you without proper explanation. When you ask about it and you are lucky enough that they answer, they give you a vague excuse. It's completely arbitrary, depending on their mood, i guess. When you ask for facts they don't react anymore. It used to be good, now it seems to be managed by retarded mafiosi. Don't give them any of your money, it's a waste. You will pay, they will not like what you make and they will ban you. They will constantly delete your images without proper explanation and then ban you for having to delete your images. There is absolutely no proper communication between them and their members. Being banned after 2 years and thousands of generations without proper reason sucks.
UPDATE:
They block your email address not to have to read your emails. First time i did send them my request for explanation i received an automatic response back that they would look into it. They don't answer and when you try to send them another email there is no more an automatic response.
Conclusion:they block your emails.

The place just keeps getting worse and worse. It was good a year or two ago, but now? They have almost completely removed any ability of free use, demanding you pay to do remotely anything, and have the gall to say it's 'For the better of everyone'.

No it isn't, it's money. It's always money. And if you DO decide to do something, the service doesn't work half of the time, and they don't reimburse anyone for the failure of service. They introduce free currency a while ago, and it was great, then they make it so that free currency does almost nothing. They make it harder to pay for things, not that I would at this point anyway. They don't listen to what people want at all. Use other AI services, this one is going down the toilet.

Every few weeks the site takes away the options you paid for and locks them behind even higher paywalls. This is nothing but theft and fraud, as you can never know how long you get, what you paid for, if you'll ever get it.

Total waste of time. I went back and forth on this platform for 12 days for one deliverable that I still don't have. It continues to come up with excuses while telling me it will provide me with the content within a 2-6 hour time frame. It has never delivered on its word to provide anything in the time frame or outside the timeframe it promises.

Nice Site for AI Artists. You can find inside everything. The NSFW content is big but they has already began to wipe some content.
You can find good loras and ComfyUI workflows, also you can connect to people in the comment sections for the Stuff inside. You get also help, if you commenting or if you have some questions.
You dont need to pay for something. The site was a great help for me at the first steps with AI.
