Driver was prompt

Driver was prompt, the only issue was I called dispatch by accident & said that this was a just a one way drop off which was incorrect & led to confusion but the driver did text me & picked us up on time
Thanks

Thank you for your review! We’re glad to hear that our chauffeur was prompt, communicated with you, and picked you up on time.

Just to clarify, your reservation was booked as a round-trip service in our system, and we sent the chauffeur’s information to you the day before the scheduled pickup. It appears there was a misunderstanding when dispatch was contacted and the trip was described as one-way, which caused some confusion.

We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to serve you. We hope to provide you with excellent service again in the future!

Best regards,

Manager, Mr Jack

Bachelor Party trip to AC

Jack was extremely helpful and VERY responsive. He was willing to work with me regarding my budget and even gave us a free upgrade. I would definitely use them again and it's because of Jack's customer service.

Ordered Sprinter Van to take my family…

Ordered Sprinter Van to take my family of 6 to the Mets game. Michael was prompt-arrived on time with a beautiful vehicle. He was tolerate of my kids loud music and pit stop requests for the ladies. Game ran alittle late and we were able to add additional time without issue. Can’t thank Michael and Jack ( who coordinated the trip) enough. Thank you for enhancing a wonderful day.

Had a great experience with City Sky Limo! Jack from Sales/dispatch was so helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for! Gurpreet, our driver, was so friendly and never once minded the 7 college friends yapping away in the back for the entire trip. Will definitely be using this car service again!! Thank you so much for making everything smooth and efficient, we appreciate it!

Our return was a little disappointing

Our return was a little disappointing. The driver was to meet us curbside. He didn’t speak or understand the English language well. It was evening raining and told us he was at #2 we were at ‘#3. He wasn’t able to load our luggage like the first driver and a suitcase fell in my friend. We asked to have the heat turned up and didn’t understand. Overall we were picked up and arrived safely.

I want to thank Jack for his prompt response concern and understanding. It will not deter me from using your services should the need arise.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you bringing these details to our attention, and we are very glad the most important aspect—your safe arrival—was achieved.

We sincerely apologize for the discomfort you experienced during the pickup. We have reviewed the situation with the driver, Ahmed Youssef, regarding the evening of your return. He explained that due to extremely heavy traffic and rain at Passenger Pickup #3, he initially waited at #2 to avoid delaying you further. However, we recognize that this caused confusion, and we are sorry for that inconvenience.

We also want to apologize for the miscommunication regarding the heater and the unfortunate incident with the suitcase. While the driver mentioned that the heavy rain made it difficult to hear the initial request, he should have confirmed the instruction immediately. Furthermore, we hold our drivers to a high standard of care with luggage; we are sorry that a bag fell, and we are relieved that your friend was not hurt.

We are using this feedback to remind our team that clear communication and extreme care with luggage are non-negotiable, regardless of traffic or weather conditions. We hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide the seamless experience you deserve.

Best regards,

Manager, Mr Jack

I was contracted by City Sky Limousine

I was contracted by City Sky Limousine, a broker company that owns no vehicles, to provide transportation for one of their clients on 11/08/2025. The service was completed in full, including vehicle dispatch and drop-off. Despite fulfilling the contract, City Sky Limousine disputed the full payment of $1,260 via credit card, which is currently unresolved.

I am sharing this to document my experience with transparency for other service providers and clients.

Let me be clear about what happened, so there is no confusion. We are a Limo & Car Service company with a strong reputation. Over 100+ executive chauffeur and 200+ affiliates contract trust us because we have a simple rule: you do the job professionally, you get paid immediately. You mess up the customer's event, you are responsible.

We gave a very important job to affiliate NYC Ultimate Party Bus, owned by Erwin. This was not just any job; it was a customer who trusted us with a special occasion. What did Erwin do? He messed it up. Completely. The service was unreliable and unprofessional. Because of his failure, we had to issue a full refund to the customer. We did not hold back. We put the customer first, like we always do.

Now, instead of taking responsibility for his own failure, Erwin is making excuses. He is trying to blame our company and damage our good name. "He even added two fake reviews from his other profiles just to damage our standing." Let me tell you something: our track record is clean because we protect our customers from unreliable providers. When an affiliate fails the customer, they fail us.

We did not lose this customer because of City Sky Limousine. We lost them because Erwin's company failed to deliver the service they promised. The refund came from their pocket because of his mistake, and now he is trying to avoid the consequences.

We stand by our policy. We stand by our customers. And we will not let the unprofessional actions of one affiliate tarnish the trust we have built with hundreds of others and thousands of satisfied customers.
Thank you. City Sky Limousine will always prioritize the customer. Always

100 stars Very friendly and courteous

Very friendly and courteous. There was clear communication and follow up with me until SUV arrived. Vehicle was clean and had complementary water and mint candies. Driver was kind and very professional. He made unscheduled stop for us to use a restroom after leaving cemetery so we could be comfortable on the trip home. We felt safe with our driver on the road. I had a great experience and will use Legends again.
