*Subject:** Complaint Regarding Delayed Furniture Delivery and Poor Customer Service - City Mattress

My name is Robert Carey, and I am writing to file a formal complaint against City Mattress tianami trail in Naples, Florida. I ordered furniture in late June 2024, and now, almost September, I have yet to receive my items.
I have followed up multiple times regarding my order. Initially, I was informed it was in delivery, even being shipped through the Panama Canal at one point. Despite these claims, the furniture has not been delivered.
On Wednesday, 8/14/24, I contacted the store again. I was told my order might have arrived and that I would receive a text or email with the delivery schedule. If I did not hear back, I was instructed to call on Friday. When I did so, I was told to wait until after 6:00 p.m. for communication. However, I received no text, email, or call.
On Saturday, I called the store again and spoke with a representative named Travis. Instead of assisting, Travis argued with me, suggesting I should have already received a call, essentially questioning my intelligence and honesty. When I clarified that I had not received any communication, Travis became upset and disconnected the call. Subsequent attempts to reach the store were ignored.
This behavior is unprofessional and shows a lack of customer service. After nearly three months, I am still without the furniture I paid for, and the situation remains unresolved.
I expect to receive my furniture promptly and demand clear, respectful communication from the store. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the state of Florida.

Seemingly they take your money but getting furniture is another story. Naples Store, won't shop their again!!! Wouldn't recommend
