Dr Reza was very knowledgeable and reassuring.

The staff were very quick to respond to my original inquiries and I was booked in for a consultation at the Queen Street branch a few days later. Jessica on reception was friendly and welcoming when I arrived. After a short consultation by Dr Jana, the procedure was carried out there and then with the help of assistant Angelica and was straightforward and painless. I'm just back from having my stitches out which took a matter of seconds, much quicker than I had imagined. Very happy with my experience.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Jess was very warm and welcoming upon arrival. She also went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable leaving the clinic post chalazion removal.

Dr Mohsen and Kay were very professional and took the time to make sure I had all questions answered before starting.

Following removal, I had a minor panic attack and was handled with a lot of care and respect. Should reoccurrence persist, I will definitely be back for Dr Mohsen’s care (he is amazing!). Do not hesitate to use this clinic for your needs, they are brilliant!

Had a follow up appointment with Dr Jameel and he is absolutely brilliant! He handled all my concerns with great care and is a fantastic doctor. From start to finish, I have been confident in my treatment because of him. Also, the whole team including Jess and Cat were also very kind and aided me throughout my experience. Amazing service and will recommend to everyone!

After deliberating for a long time, I finally decided to have a few moles removed by shave excision. I contacted several clinics, but City Dermatology Clinic made the best impression, and I am so glad I chose them.
The service was friendly, efficient, and professional from the very start. From being welcomed by Jess at reception, to being assessed by Dr Reza, and then having the procedure carried out, everything was handled exceptionally well.
I held off on submitting a review because I wanted to see the results first. Two weeks later, it is healing beautifully, and I am so happy that I finally did something about what had been making me feel self-conscious for years.

My consultant, Sarah Jane, was great. Very professional, gentle and no pain involved!

Very welcoming and helpful, but I felt the fee for a simple cryotherapy treatment was excessive at £195 so regretfully I did not proceed. That was on top of the 10 min consultation fee of £100

Doctor Malik and the staff were so nice to me and caring during my experience with them, They provided all information about what I need to do and follow up appointments were very useful . They provided a more comfortable experience than a previous experience with another clinic so I thank them for that and the price was cheaper.

Super fast, super efficient, the doctor Axel was fantastic and so was Aurora and Jess.

Very friendly, polite and professional, from reception to surgery. Seems like the dream team with Dr Axel, his assistant Cat and Jess the receptionist.

Have had 2 appointments over last couple of months. Found all staff professional and helpful. Very quick appointments. Really pleased with results of first operation. So far everything going well with second operation. I am very pleased and will revisit and recommend to others.

Excellent service & would recommend to friends and family. Very quick availability, pricing was what it says on the website, and no fuss. Friendly receptionists, nurses, and doctors. Had a cyst removed quickly with no pain. One week later the stitches are out with no complications. Very trustworthy and caring. Thank you.

I went to the clinic for diagnosis and removal of a small skin growth that looked like a wart or mole. Within 48 hours of my first enquiry I had an appointment with Dr. Jana and the growth was efficently removed at that same appointment. So fast and easy! Superb service. I enjoyed being treated like an intelligent human being, basically like a customer, not a 'patient' which makes a refreshing difference from being treated in the NHS. Dr Jana told me that if the threads didn't dissolve after three weeks or if anything else bothered me, I had the option to book a free aftercare appointment. After three weeks I emailed the clinic to ask for thread removal, and again, within 24 hours of requesting, I was seen by Dr Parviz who expertly removed the stitches and explained why they had not yet dissovled, free of charge. He was assisted by the lovely Aurora and Jess at reception was super welcoming, too. On the admin side, I was promptly emailed the receipt naming the doctor with their medical registration number as requested, so I was able to claim half of the cost back from my insurance. I am so glad I tried this clinic. I 100% recommend it and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Very quick and smooth experience. From my initial enquiry to walking out of the clinic with everything done took only 3 days. Consultation and appointment happened on the same day so no need to visit the clinic twice. I saw Dr Axel who was very friendly and professional and happy to answer any questions. Kay and Aurora were equally helpful. The procedure took less than 10 minutes so on the day I was in and out of the clinic in about half an hour. Aftercare instructions were clearly explained to me after the appointment. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Very lovely place and the staff were very helpful.

I went to the clinic for the removal of a sticking out mole just below my hairline on my forehead. It had been bothering me for quite some time, but I was worried about the procedure. The consultant dermatologist immediately discussed options, assured me of the likely result and I was able to have the minor surgery on the day of consultation which saved me coming back again. The staff were kind, experienced and reassuring, and put me at ease. The result is amazing, you can hardly even see the scar, in fact I don't really think you can call it a scar as it's so small. It was clearly expertly done, and I was happily surprised at the result. I thought you would be able to see around where the base of the mole was, but no! I can now put my hair up in a ponytail without it impacting my confidence. It was well worth it. Thank you to the team.

I visited City Dermatology for the removal of a lipoma and the whole experience was very straight forward. Sarah did an expert job, had a calming presence, and explained what was happening while she was performing the proceedure so I felt reassured. Great friendly team all round.

I had a great experience with City Dermatology Clinic. They performed the removal of Molluscum Contagiosum, which was bothering me for a very long time. The staff is very friendly and professional. I got treated very quickly. I have a great experience with Georgios Pafitanis and his team.
