Content is well aligned to exam objectives, team are really listening to comments and feedback and do the required corrections.

Videos were well paced, explanations were clear.

Very clear and concise. It also gives you the option to revisit as many times as you like so you are comfortable with what you have learnt.

The course and its content were well structured and presented however due to my wife's hard of hearing the course had no subtitles or captions available.

It was down to pure luck that we have a bluetooth device for the TV/ computer that enabled my wife to continue on with the course.

Overall my wife enjoyed the course.

Excellent course layout, feel like I have furthered my education after passing the exam.

The mock questions were quite different to the actual questions - my pass mark dropped quite a lot

Great service, knowledgeable of industry and unrestricted access to accredited APM courses. Courses and exams can be bought separately too, no large bundle "deals" being offered to you it's all tailored to what you need.

Study materials are well scripted and easy to understand. The training slides/videos keeps the learner hooked on the course.

UPDATE: Management personally reached out to hear my side. We agreed to split the fee, which I feel was a fair outcome.

I really appreciate their proactivity in addressing issues, would recommend them in future.

When trying to book an exam, there were no instructions or portal on the website.

After corresponding with an agent, I had asked to book in a test for a few days time. I did not hear back from the agent, and found out a few days later that I had missed my test.

The agent then claims to have sent me an email regarding the booking. No such email ever came through. They are now asking me to pay an £90 rebooking fee on a course that originally cost £300. Very poor service

I enjoyed the training, in particular the quizzes at the end of each lesson to recap. No negatives, however I do think another exam sample paper/quiz would be useful, in addition to the one given at the end.

Great, competent support with the purchase and quick response times.

An amazing training site that I will be using going forward and recommending to any friends pursuing similar qualifications. From content, contactibility to the trainer and layout of the programme, excellent across the board. And the proof is in the pudding with pass after pass after pass.

I can't praise CITI Virtual Learning highly enough for the customer service they all provide. I come from a customer service background and can be quite hard to please and so that will let you know how impressed I am.
I find the course work through distance learning very user friendly, and consider this company a very good provider for AMP Project Management based qualifications, at a very competitive rate.

Really slick, and great content that is accessible as well as easy to navigate.

Good contact via the learning provider also when required for technical support.

Learning materials are very helpful, good having people on hand to assist. The setting up at home for the exam can be a bit overwhelming just before an exam, it was a lot to think about and plan for. I move about a lot and sat the exam at my partners so it was hard to set up before the exam. Also a bit of a drag having to download google chrome.

Exam was well paced and well set out. Timer and notifications were helpful.

Have absolutely no bad things to say. From the help I got setting up the account (I was paying through work so needed to be invoiced) to the course and exam prep, it all went perfectly. I took the APM Project Fundamentals and passed, getting 87%.
