Its a scam company please dont order anything no communication i ordered some trainers and I got nothing 65 quid for fuckall you was warned

Ordered trainers on 29-09-26 and have not received them. Sent 2 emails requesting a delivery date or refund and no reply. Avoid this company at all cost.

Ordered trainers. A no show. Went to website to look around but couldn't even find what id ordered. I've emailed the company and no response. Rang them and it goes straight to voicemail. Checked address in Birmingham and theres no such place operating from temple street. Avoid avoid avoid...the main listing was from a company called puili but confirmation email of order from cisul..A waste of money. DO NOT BUY...

If I could give zero, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a scam website. STAY AWAY!

I fear this is a scam company. DO NOT USE. ordered a par of trainers at £65 no item, no communication

Purchased trainers a week ago and they still haven’t been shipped.
I have contacted the company via phone and email with no response.
I beginning to think I have been scammed

I ordered a pair of trainers on 15th September and have chased up with an email with no response. The status continues to state 'preparing your order'.
Avoid this site like the plague! That's £54.99 I am unlikely to ever see again.

Ordered a pair of trainers with express delivery, week later no delivery has arrived. Emailed the company & no reply as if yet. Order status on line says package is being prepared! I am doubtful this is the case & fear it to be a dodgy website. I do not recommend ordering from Cisul.com

I placed an order with Cisul on 24 September 2026 (Order #1333) for 36 Pokémon Destined Rivals booster packs, paying £111.20.

At the time of purchase, Cisul’s website clearly stated that orders would be delivered within 3 working days. That timeframe has now long passed, and I have still received absolutely nothing — neither my order nor any meaningful communication regarding the delay.

I have contacted customer services to make a formal complaint and requested a straightforward update on the status of my order, an explanation for the delay and a confirmed delivery date. I have heard nothing back.

The complete lack of communication is unacceptable. If there is a genuine issue with an order, customers should at least be informed rather than being left completely in the dark after taking their money.

I have now flagged the transaction with Barclays and reported the matter to my bank due to the fact that I have paid £111.20 and have neither received the goods nor received any response from Cisul.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience. A company advertising 3-working-day delivery should be able to either fulfil that promise or communicate properly when something goes wrong. Taking payment, failing to deliver within the advertised timeframe and then ignoring customer enquiries is simply not acceptable.

I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering until Cisul can demonstrate that they are actually fulfilling orders and responding to customers.

At this point, I am simply looking for my order to be fulfilled or my money returned.

I seen on googles shopping page that they were selling pokemon sets close to RRP, which is rare nowadays, so I went on the website to look around more and when using their search bar to look for the other sets it didn’t show them, I even pasted the name of the set exactly and it gave me no results. I didn’t end up buying anything as it looks too good to be true.
