Amazing company that lives true to its values - I bought new sealing rings for my cup for free, including postage! This has given it a renewed lease of life, keeping it from the bin!

Circular&Co. is a UK-based brand focused on creating practical, long-lasting alternatives to single-use products. We design reusable drinkware and everyday products made from recycled materials, turning waste into something genuinely useful. This includes used paper coffee cups, recycled stainless steel, waste textiles, and even recovered chewing gum. Our goal is simple: to make sustainable choices easier, more reliable, and part of everyday life. Every product is designed with durability and functionality in mind—whether you’re commuting with a reusable coffee cup, staying hydrated on the go, or reducing waste in the workplace. We take a circular approach to design, meaning our products are made to last and, where possible, be recycled again at the end of their life. By reusing existing materials, we help reduce the need for virgin resources and lower the environmental impact of everyday items. Circular&Co. products are used by individuals as well as businesses, offices, and major venues looking to move away from single-use culture. However, our focus remains consistent: delivering products that people trust, use daily, and come back to. We also recognise that great products need to be backed by great service. Customer feedback is an important part of how we improve, and if something isn’t right, we are committed to resolving it quickly and fairly. Our aim is not just to replace single-use items, but to make reuse the better, more natural choice.

Lovely customer service
Lovely customer service and a great product. I used my rCup pretty much daily for many years, at a guess about 7, before losing it on a train. I much prefer the new lockable lid, so have treated myself to new cups.

Quality, no leaking and easy to use
Their travel mugs and bottles keep drinks hot or cold for a long time, as stated. They are super easy to drink from, just depeess the centre of the lid, then close with another press. Can be locked close for putting in bags and also easy to clean. Durable and definately worth it.

I did not receive my goods and Circular and co sent replacements without any quibble. The steel bottles and cups are amazing. I love that they are made from 90% recycled steel and are leakproof.

Best travel cup ever and superb service
I've had my well used travel cup for over 4 years, going strong, and love it! So just ordered a box of various colours and sizes for my friends (birthday gifts). Had a shocker with website (dodgy overseas connection probably the issue) and ended up ordering twice within a minute. The company refunded me right away after a short email. Box of cups arrived within a few days and gifts already being received with positive responses.
