I wish I could give less than one star,constant phone calls to them,always assured the skip would come ,pushing you to and from the bristol supplier ,if you try to phone the bristol branch none of the phones work.
This evening we had enough so after a 30 minute call to our bank we have disputed the charge and the bank refunded and are looking into it.
We now have to block the drive to stop circle slipping a skip on the drive.
Circle waste you should be ashamed

I have paid for the skips of 12 yard and 8 yard skip including VAT
Never received skips never had refund

4 times scheduled- delivery skip is not hire yet!!!!!!...maybe 5th time.Waiting already 2.5 week.With the next schedule will by 3.5week!!!!!! Lost so much time, so much nervous. This company should not be on the market!!!! CIRCLE - hiring another companys with skips....no comunication between of them. Customer service do not exist- They put you on hold every time- from one person to another and another to another.One day was trying to sorted out one of the problem created by unprofesional team - from 9am to 2.30 pm was on the phone!!!!!! No words- to describe this company....!!!!!

The worse skip company I have ever used as a tradesman I will never use these again every skip I've had has been picked up late and every skip I've ordered has turned up late useless

Ordered a skip to be delivered in Three days time. Then found out 3 minutes later that the builder had already ordered one. Rang Circle to cancel straight away and they put me on hold for several minutes. Then I was told there will be a £50 cancellation fee. Ok. it may not be a scam in the legal sense but I would not deal with them ever again.

I recently hired a skip from this company for a client’s property, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped. When the skip was delivered, there was some confusion regarding the need for a permit, despite the fact that it was the client’s own home. We requested a refund and only received half of the payment back. Disappointed with the service.

What an absolute joke of a company. Promised we would be first skip drop as we needed a skip urgently. Took our money and then no show. Rang them to be told the driver had spoken with someone who said we didn't need skip until the Friday which is a total fabrication as I was in the office on my own. The staff just lie. DO NOT USE.

What a disgusting company to deal with. Don't use them they lie. The managers lie, the staff lie. They are NOT a local company but advertise locally. DO NOT USE THEM.

We wanted a skip locally and this company came up top on google, but it turns out they just seem to act as a booking agent for your local supplier. They are the most useless company you will ever deal with. Firstly we had to ring them about 5 times to chase delivery of the skip and then we had to ring at least 3 times to get it picked up and each time they promised a date, it never happened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - ring your local one direct

Only contact this company if you like listening to endless replays of Sweet Caroline on loop interspersed with annoying messages.
Oh and then you get a telephone quote, sounded ideal for what I wanted, promised email confirmation never came through.
Phoned back spoke to another operative, went through whole rigmarole of explaining what I wanted again, quote a lot more expensive. Operative offered to look into this and phone me back. Never did.
Oh and you phone a local number, but are put through to central location.
Rather a waste of time

Fantastic service, telephoned to ask for a quote, was given price match so ordered and paid over the phone. Skip arrived on time, the delivery guy was helpful and put skip exactly where we wanted it. Project was finished early so I rang circle to ask them to collect skip asap it was collected 2 hours later.
Highly recommended

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Ordered online and they contacted me on the day of delivery to tell me they did not have the size skip I wanted and I would have to pay £70 more for a larger skip or they would refund me for the skip I had paid for. I did not need a larger skip and certainly don’t think I should have to pay for what was their error. I am now left without a skip and have to wait for them to refund me before I can sort another skip which I urgently need.

I called Circle Waste regarding a skip hire on a short notice. Chris was very polite and helpful and tired to find a 8yard skip. Was on hold for a few minutes and said he can get one delivered for tomorrow. Excellent

This is literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Firstly, they do not have any skips, they sub-contract, therefore they cannot guarantee a date when the skip will arrive upon initial purchase online. My skip was due to arrive on the morning of Saturday 27th March and confirmed by email. Of course it never arrived, I managed to get through to someone at 11.55 am only for them to hang up the call when I told them my postcode. Suprise suprise when I called back, no one answered and then an automated message took over at midday to inform me the office was closed. I then attempt to call on Mondayu morning from 8am, I eventuall got through to someone in a different company (circles waste) who told me that someone tried to get hold of me on Saturday (they didnt) and that they left me a voicemail (they didnt). They then informed me that I can have a skip on Wednesday 31st March which I declined and asked for a refund. I then receive a call to say that they will provide a £30 discount and the skip can be delivered on the Wedesday as previously explained. I stupidly accepted this kind offer and waited for my skip to arrive on Wednesday. Again, no skip arrived, I then managed to get hold of someone after approximtely calling 20 times, only to be told that my skip was not booked with the sub-contractor and that I can have a skip delivered on Tuesday 6th April. Please do not go anywhere near this sham of a company!!! You will be let down and if you manage to get through you will find that most of the people you need to get hold of are on annual leave or on lunch. Pathetic excuse for a company!

Yet again another amazing service by the best skip hire company in my opinion, Joanna Metcalf has been professional and has an amazing phone manner. Amazing price and service.

A very easy company to deal with, brilliant work ethic with extremely knowledgeable staff.
They now have a dedicated team within the business to deal exclusively with our waste, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
