Biggest waste of time ever. No response to socials or emails; no right to cancel within the 14 days cooling off period - ignored.

Absolutely avoid. Much easier to analyse the data using freely available tools.

An honest company would notify you that you will be charged again the next month. They get you on a subscription for a feature that you only need to use once and of course won't refund you if you unintentionally left the subscription active because you were waiting for all the likes to be deleted.

Circleboom's Twitter tool remains among the solid ones left after big updates on the APIs of X, or ex-Twitter, to delete tweets, see unfollowers, conduct detailed account searches, and even export accounts.

It also has a comprehensive social media management tool and it offers a lot too. Connecting RSS feeds, finding articles, creating calendars and scheduling posts based on the best times to post on each platform, using built-in Canva and OpenAI functions... It has all a social media enthusiast can ask for.

Avoid it!!!
The Customer Service is zero! I asked for a refund for a month and the reply I received was : "Like any other SaaS Business , including Netflix, unfortunately, all subscriptions are non-refundable". After receiving this message I ask further questions, but no one replied to me.

All they want is money!

Signed up and paid to use the unlike tweets feature but they don’t tell you that it’s rate limited by Twitter API to 100 unlikes per day, which is very slow. Also no refunds even I only paid for that feature that it’s not useful at that rate…
UPDATE: I cancelled the renewal with still 3 weeks of the current plan left to use it (at least, since I paid the whole month and they don't refund) but suddenly the app has stopped working and support doesn't reply. Avoid at all costs.

What total bs. Went to the trouble of signing up for this stupid thing only to find out that *no* aspect of it is free and you have to pay for service before it does anything at all. How do I cancel?

Free subscriptions never run out , they are no use anyway . What a company , lies after lies . Promises based on financial extraction , how they aren't investigated by the authorities , well !

I was super excited to use their service. However when I went to pay for their subscription. They only allowed annual subscription pay. I was charged $200 instead of the $17.99/month that was on the promotion and was not able to get a refund. I hadn't even used their service for a month.

Their website is so confusing to navigate - I couldn't even find how to cancel my subscription or to contact support.

Save yourself the headache. Stay away from this website.

I was able to reach out to their support team and get a partial refund and a switch to a monthly subscription instead.

Wanted to set up a quick twitter feed for RSS for myself. Felt lead to believe that this service didn't need a subscription (including in blog posts etc). Service needed 15 dollar a month subscription.

I used dlvr.it instead - they let you post 50 posts a month (2 per day) for free - thereafter 10 dollars a month - still too expensive. Will report progress.

I purchased both Circle-Boom products but after purchasing them Friday morning both don't work.
Customer support is really bad as they make out there is no problem.

I asked for a refund or to get the Twitter API working but now I had to call my bank for a chargeback.

Avoid it completely as it no longer works.

Circleboom is great for companies, streamers, influencers, and content creaters because of its easy to use interface and effectiveness on social media managing.

I use both Twitter Management and Publish Tool. Twitter tool make it easier to have an insight about my followers and I can also search according to interests and hashtags. Tweet delete is the one I use most. There are tons of useful features and analytics to grow my social media. The only bad thing is its old interface but they will probably change it soon.

On the other hand, Circleboom Publish is amazing since it gives me all the place to organize all of my social media. I can schedule my future posts and even connect rss feeds. I can share to multiple accounts with just one click. There are almost limitless options for posting.

The last extension with the chat GPT ai post creator improved it to anotler level. It is a real time saver and totally entertaining to manage my social media accounts.

The service was buggy from the beginning and then their support team decided to make a false assumption that the accounts I was trying to include in the service included content featuring people who are underage.

I first rated the product 1 star. This was because they charged me even though I had stopped using the service. I contacted support and they first said that they were unable to refund me and that they would keep the 215.88 dollars for a one year subscription that I had not used and will not use. I managed to persuade the support eventually to give me back 180.89 dollars because they were able to change my subscription from a one year to a monthly subscription and were successfully able to refund me for the remaining 11 months that had not started. I am thankful for this compromise because I needed the money.

They claim to be able to do things like delete tweets or unlike them on a large scale, but once you buy the pro account and try to use it, Circleboom doesn't do what was promised. Useless tool and would recommend avoiding at all costs.

The interface is cool. I can track my social media's activities and insights through this app, and I was also able to find inactive and bots Twitter followers. It is easy to use and in case you are having a hard time, their help button and manual can be found immediately and would be a great help. The visuals are nice to the eyes and it piques my interest with this app. Thank you Circleboom.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The program itself is faulty and hard to navigate, but the customer service leaves much more to be desired. Seems more like a scam site to me.

Not too bad of a tool but two big things (in my opinion) to be wary about before purchasing a subscription:

1. It only shows 3200 of your latest tweets and doesn’t go back any further. So if you tweeted 3200 times within the last year and want to see tweets further back than a year, you can’t. It doesn’t matter if you have deleted those 3200 tweets or not, the next 3200 don't appear.

2. If you upload your Twitter archive file you aren’t able to preview your filtered tweets before deleting them.

Edited to add: To be fair the customer service team was great when I spoke to them via Twitter DM.

Doesn't work and is terrible. Avoid.

All access to twitter API for purposes of your own account should be free and automatic. This is horrible. I just want API access not some stupid ecosystem of terrible analytics companies.

Charge for follower growth not basic account management.
