After all the challenges I’ve faced finding a home in Cambridge and my experiences with previous accommodation, meeting such wonderful people here has been an absolute blessing. I genuinely feel so lucky and happy to have found this place. The house itself is beautiful, welcoming, and feels like somewhere I can truly call home. What makes it even more special is the kindness and warmth of the people here. I’m incredibly grateful to have found such a lovely place and to have met such amazing people along the way. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I'll be honest, my first contact with Circadia Living was frustrating, as my enquiry was initially handled by AI and it didn't feel like my needs were being understood. However, once my enquiry was passed to a human representative, the experience changed completely.

From that point on, I could clearly see how my enquiry was being looked after and the real effort Circadia went to in supporting me. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked hard to find the right accommodation, in the right location, that met the specification I had given.

A special mention must go to George and his construction team, who went above and beyond to make it happen. I really appreciated their commitment, communication and willingness to help.

I stayed in a Circadia property for a work transfer for just over a year and had a genuinely great experience. The house is beautifully presented, well maintained and has everything you need for comfortable day to day living.

The communal areas are spacious and thoughtfully designed, and it has a really nice balance between having your own privacy and being able to socialise with the other people in the house. Any issues were always dealt with quickly, and the property was consistently kept to a high standard.

It felt much more like a home than a typical house share, which is probably the biggest compliment I can give it. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality, well managed place to live.

Really great company to deal with. Marnie in particular has been really helpful in helping me find a first rental for my daughter. Day or night, she has always answered any queries we’ve had and made the whole process stress free.
