I would highly recommend CIAO Italy tours to anyone. Our trip to Italy was amazing!! Rome, Florence, Venice every city has its own beauty!! All transfers, all hotels, all tour guides were phenomenal!! The transfer drivers and tour guides were dependable prompt and polite. Very clean vans with great drivers even including water for us to drink and always willing to go an extra mile as well as all the tour guides. We never felt rushed while on our tours and very accommodating to our needs. Each tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Skipping the long lines at each site was huge. The hotels were fantastic as well. Great locations clean comfortable with outstanding staff at each hotel. CIAO tours made this trip of lifetime so seamless they deserve a 10!!!

What can I say, but that the Italian vacation by Caio Italy tours was phenomenal. From start to finish. Every detail from the hotel accommodations and restaurants were impeccable. Our transportation and schedules for tours were as promised. That was a big concern of mine. This allowed me to feel stress free and enjoy every moment. Our vacation was a magnificent as I hoped it would be. Kudos to my agent, Donna for making it all happen for me and my fiancé. I'm so happy that I found transportation for my group (24 people) in Italy. Ciao Italy was the perfect company. They are professionals in many aspects like punctuality and keeping you informed of the schedule. The comfort and quality of the bus was so important so we can feel our body relax from a 9 hours flight to arrive to Venice. The drivers were experts in the ability to drive in narrow streets and very polite. I strongly recommend this company.

If I could give Ciao Italy 10 stars I would! 9 days in Puglia. Private driver, private tours and the best hotels. Everything was beyond perfect from mozzerella classes to a private 34’ sailboat sailing around Gollipoli Everything was perfectly timed and the tour guides were very personable and informative This trip was above our expectations.

I wanted to plan a special trip for my wife’s 50th birthday and Ciao Italy made sure everything was absolutely perfect!!!
All the special tours they recommended were spectacular….the Vatican tour, The Colosseum tour, our private boat ride to Capri (her favorite), our driver for the day to see the whole Amalfi Coast was incredible and our drivers to and from the airport were on point!!!

We had an amazing trip through northern Italy... Santa Margarita Portofino, Cinque Terra, Genoa and a day trip to Monte Carlo. The hotels were fantastic, centrally located, great food. The drivers were great, on time and always courteous. They answered our questions about the area perfectly. We had walking tours in the towns and the guides were fabulous. Very detailed about the history of the areas we were in and fluent in English. We really learned a lot. I cannot say enough about Nancy Howard of Mystic Valley Travel and Ciao Italy Tours. Thank you for an amazing trip!!!

I attended Ciao Italy this summer of 2022. I am 80 years old, so I was a little worried that I would not fit in with the rest of the class but I was treated so warmly by classmates and our excellent teacher, Anna, that I quite enjoyed my classes. Anna is a skilled and patient teacher. The personnel couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. I also took private lessons with Gabri. Gabri is an excellent teacher who puts his student at ease with his friendly, patient manner. Chiara, the director, a warm and friendly person, was truly a friend in need when I ran into problems shipping some belongings home. Chiara was always on top of the logistics of our extra curricular activities, making sure we were each informed of the particulars. Ciao Italy in Turin, is a wonderful experience.

Guido was amazing to work with. My family and I traveled to Italy for 2 weeks for the first time. He outlined a perfect itinerary with private tours and transportation as well as the finest hotels. I highly recommend him and his team!

Hello Guido, We had wanted to thank you for putting together such an amazing trip for our clients. They absolutely loved it.
We wanted to share some highlights from our recent call catching up with one of the guests. Nancy B. (Jodi). Jodi says that you did an"outstanding" job staying in touch with them while traveling and going above and beyond by rearranging the transfer to midnight! The hotels and staff were just as "FANTASTIC!" They took all of the paperwork from the airlines (Pina in Sorrento)  re the lost luggage and took care of it all for them while the guests went about and toured and had something to eat.
The luggage was delivered and the guests were happy.Florence- "GREAT" hotel, location and beauty of it. The rooftop pool was wonderful and "Guido set up perfect tours''Brando the guide for both Sienna was also their guide for Cinque Terre which was great as they really liked him. He took them to a WW2 cemetery in one of towns coming back from Siena that was closed. He knew someone there and they were allowed to go in- this was over the top for these ladies ! (Thank you and thanks Brando!) 
All property locations were great and convenient to get around. The time in each location was just right, although if they had one more day in Florence they would have shopped more- haha.Sorrento was the perfect time to visit and the Amalfi coast was beautiful, but do not recommend taking the coast trip on a Friday as it was very busy- during the week is better.

We recently went to Italy and used our agent Mystic Valley Travel who partnered with Ciao Italy Tours to arrange what turned out to be a vacation of a lifetime. Ciao Italy organized a remarkable itinerary that spanned two weeks covering northern Italy's most beautiful areas and sights. The itinerary included gondola rides in Venice, a cooking class in Florence, a vineyard tour, walking tours of the cities with a break for gelato, and walking tours via a hop on/off train in Cinque Terre. And there was so much more. We got to see the Last Supper in Florence which were the hardest tickets to get in all of Italy. The hotels were in excellent locations and in the center of where we needed to be. The driver pickups were excellent with everyone on time as we visited 5 cities and had several tours requiring pickup. All without having to worry about if and when they were coming. Avoid the anonymity of dealing with online agents who don't get to know you. This trip was personalized to our specific desires.

Needless to say we’d use there services again in the future. And would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We had a couple issues with other vendors outside of ciao Italy during our trip. Guido, from Ciao Italy was extremely helpful and responsive when helping us resolve the issues. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Ciao Italy was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely refer them to friends and use them again should we take another trip to Italy!

Guido and I have been working on a Northern Italy tour since 2019. First time our group has used Ciao Italy. After a bad experience with another company's guide I was apprehensive trying a new company. Guido was so helpful through the whole process and worked with me through all the ups and downs of Covid. I cannot express how happy me and my group are with all the details that were planned. I feel they have gone above and beyond what was required of them. All the details were more than I expected. Loved working with Beatrice. Our guide Renzo for the Lake portion and Giovanni for the Venice portion were excellent. They made the trip for us.
