Sindi did an excellent job for my 13 people to Rome and Venice in July 2024. They are still on their trip and texting about how wonderful and beautiful the hotel. How the private transfers were on time and all the tours were picked by her were great.

Good morning… just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time. All the transfers, hotels and tours arranged with Ciao Italy worked seamlessly. At one point we had to change a pick up and Brasstours ( used by Ciao Tours) was more than obliging.
