Go elsewhere.
Picked this company after doing my research, or so I thought.
Choose my design and stone type, paid my deposit which was half of the full price which was April 2025
Was informed that this would take 6 months, which I pretty much knew .
I did not have the exact wording but was informed that this was the last thing that was needed.
6 Months later I rang to see if there was a date to fit.
Then the excuses came. They varied depending on who you spoke to.
The top and bottom of it was, they had forgotten to place my order.
The stone came from one place and the etching I ordered, was done somewhere else.
I emailed time after time, sometime someone would reply, sometimes not.
The headstone was finally placed in Feb, 2026. I was given 24hours notice that this was going to happen. I wanted to be there while this was happening.
Pleased with the headstone, until I saw their business details right across the back of the headstone. No told me or even asked if this was ok.
I'm not kidding you can read it from space.
No gestures of goodwill after all the upset.
This was the very last thing I could do for my darling husband and it was a shambles.
