That and the staff are so great at communicating with customers, you can tell they know their stuff and want to deliver the best experience! They try their best to fulfil any requests and are really knowledgeable.

I got bts’ arirang album and was able to pull my bias for the pob!! Amazing shop as usual, great fair prices and it came packaged so well. Chuchucherry is my go to place to buy albums!

This is my third time using chuchucherry for my album preorders (Starkissed, No Labels, AMOSITT) and I’ve always received nothing short of the best service. The photocard sorting is transparent and reliable, the shipping is always free, and the post-release wait time is never unjustified. I dont think i’ll go anywhere else ever again! I ordered my items for a Birthday Present on the 05/05/26 using the 48 hour Royal Mail Tracked Service. The birthday was on the 09/05/26. The items were not delivered and the information on the Royal Mail App was not updated since the 06/05/26. The experience ruined a special birthday. I have complained to Royal Mail and Emailed the supplier today - awaiting a reply.

Admin for chuchucherry got back to me quickly after I messaged on instagram for help regarding tracking but they were super helpful! I’m happy with the communication and condition it arrived in. I’m happy to support a start-up k-pop store!

waited 1 month for a preorder with weverse benefits(which is understandable due to korea shipping), ended up getting the wrong album version(not understandable after the wait!) can't even exchange because it's out of stock and limited but would like a refund honestly. However, great pulls!

I was very happy with the customer service, but I only found out about this because it took me very long to receive my package. However, the package came in great condition, and I got a cool little card and a postcard-ish thing with who I think Wumuti was on. Very happy with my purchase!
