Fantastic shop. From the first purchase I could tell I'd be going back. Even when a problem occured with my second purchase they responded to my email straight away and immediately sent a replacement.

Choppa vapes offer good service when selling products and taking your money. Just don’t contact them if you have a problem with what you have bought. I purchased a fairly expensive (though admittedly on sale) stabwood mod. After a few months it developed a fault. I got in touch with them simply for some help. I wasn’t raging for a refund or anything, I just wanted to get it back to working order. They couldn’t have been less helpful. Totally uninterested. They simply stood by their warranty policy of 28 days and said it wasn’t their problem anymore and to contact the manufacturer. That’s ok. I have since spent rather a lot on vape kit, more items than I care to admit, many of which they advertised for excellent prices but I obviously purchased them from somewhere else.

Update: Choppa Vapes did reach out to me after this review. However the outcome was basically the same. They ‘tried to get in touch’ with people about it etc. but ultimately I still have an inanimate lump of wood/metal that is of no use. I was offered a 20% discount on future purchases, but will
politely decline on giving them any of my money ever again.
