Used to think CV were top notch. Now emails are not responded to, items out of stock and no reply to query when they would be restocked. Today a note saying an order was refunded and no explanation as to why - customer service has definitely slipped.

Outstanding service
I recently had an issue where my parcel vanished after dispatch. Emailed the team, received a call from Josh who also felt the parcel was lost by Royal Mail but unfortunately the original coils I'd ordered were out of stock. I'm not too fussy there's 2-3 coils I can use so we found an alternative quickly. The new parcel arrived the following morning. Outstanding service from Josh, much appreciated and saved me from coil killer emergency juices!!
