Resolved issue
I ordered with this company in good faith that the order would arrive on time and intact. The order arrived with parts missing. I did however make certain contact with the company and they apologised as there was a fault there side which caused this. I now am happy to say my order has been received in full. Thanks for resolving guys!

Amazing company!!!
Amazing company!!!! I ordered the teslacigs 86w for my wife and they didn’t have the colour in stock!!! So instead of waiting for me to contact him about my package, they phoned me and asked if I would like a different colour and sent it to me, very quick delivery and will definitely use again

In response to your recent order with us, there was indeed a mix-up with the packing of your order, which we sincerely regret. The correct items were supposed to be sent to you as soon as we received the wrong items back from you. Unfortunately, due to an inventory issue on our website, we had some products marked incorrectly as in stock.
We do take full responsibility for this, and a full refund was issued as soon as the error was discovered. I want to assure you that we are taking steps to prevent such issues from happening in the future.
Despite this, we did fall short of our commitment to offer you an efficient service and for that, we offer our sincerest apologies. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our service for the future.

Impeccable Customer service
Placed an order for some liquid, a box of falcon 2 coils and 2 x Boxes of Oxva pods, unfortunately the falcon 2 coils were out of stock until next week, and only 1 box of the Oxva pods turned up, however! Josh called me to tell me about the lack of falcon 2 coils, no issue happy to wait, then I called him to inform him of the error in my order, and both times he was impeccable, Josh is a credit to Abu, and all at Choppa vapes, I look forward to getting the 2 minor issues solved and I look forward to placing future orders. Thank you again Josh and Team.

Great customer service had a problem with my Pulse AIO Kit Vandy Vape went to the store where Josh sorted it out for me, and he even put a build on my rba deck I will been buying from choppa vapes from now on. ✨✨✨✨✨👍 my other Pulse AIO Kit Vandy Vape came on 03/05/2023 works perfect thanks again to josh 👍

We take your feedback very seriously. I want to assure you that we absolutely do not want you to feel as if you've been made to seem dishonest. We respect and value each of our customers greatly, and your feedback gives us the opportunity to improve.
Regarding the blue slush e-liquid, we have noted your concerns and have initiated further quality checks on the mentioned batches. We believe in providing only the highest quality products to our customers. We have tested all relevant batches and found them to be of the same high quality as normal and have not received any other complaints relating to incorrectly labelled liquids. However, we have offered to replace the affected bottles but haven't heard back yet.
We are deeply sorry that there were any items missing from your order. We have reached out to you several times to attempt to resolve this issue, if you could let us know what was missing we will happily resend the missing items.
Your experience with us are certainly not the standard of service our customers usually enjoy, and we would like to do whatever we can to restore your faith in Choppa Vapes. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime, we're here to help.

My mate showed me choppa vapes and his liquid is AMAZING, i legitamitly wont go anywhere else for liquid its the best around and the customer service you get from the team is amazing with him calling you if there is a issue with the order, or if there is something he thinks maybe the wrong product for the items you are buying.
