I was over charged for 10 items when I only recieved 1. I have rang help line 4 times, sent 4 emails, sent proof of bank statement, not getting anywhere, it's over 2 weeks now and they have my money. Sainsburys just won't help.

Only half the items were delivered
Only half the items were delivered. Popped into Sainsbury’s and the lady on customer services said “oh yes they often only take one of two bags” and could remember the driver leaving my other bag. I’ve still been charged the full amount! In store can’t do anything about it as it’s a separate company. The driver also took much longer than the time allocated to arrive. Will not be using again!!

Beställde mat till 4 vuxna och 3 barn hos er i Enköping 25-10-14.
Beställde vid en monitor och väntade. Kollade kvitton, både mitt och de som satt på påsen och kvittona stämde.
När vi kom hem till våra barn och barnbarn som bor i Österunda, 2 mil från Enköping så saknades vår dotters mat (det händer uppenbarligen ofta hos er)
Vi fick visserligen pengarna tillbaka när vi åkte hem till Bålsta efter två timmar men jag förväntar mig nog någon form av kompensation. Men vi fick bara pengarna pengarna tillbaka, ingen ursäkt eller någon form av kompensation. Personalen på plats ville ge oss mat, men det var ju över två timmar för sent. Hur kompenserar ni oss för det här?
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They make promises that they do not keep. It seems that they tell the clients what they wish to hear in order to complete the call but have no intention whatsoever to take action on what they have said.
No sincerity.

Tantamount to Fraud
Used this service twice now, you'd have thought I'd have learnt the first time.
1st time, place an order for £90+, said delivered 90mins later, no picture evidence. Rang them to be told the uber driver must have stolen it! They didn't seem bothered or surprised. Took 10 days to get money back.
Thought I'd try again 3 months later, order cancelled with no explanation after 75mins, email said I wouldn't be charged. Money still taken from my bank, had to ring again to instruct refund, let the wait commence!

Chopchop Nyköping snålar alltid på köttet eller kycklingen i sina varmrätter. Börjar misstänka att det är satt i system för att spara pengar. Det är alltid bättre på andra Chopchop.

Jätte god mat av bra kvalitet till rimligt pris och snabb service.
Restaurangen var fräsch, inbjudande och fint inredd. Allt som allt väldigt nöjd, inget att klaga på!
I was delivered a completely wrong…
I was delivered a completely wrong order.
When I rang to ask them to deliver the correct order I was told that was not possible even though I expect the order was still in the couriers car and it was a genuine mix up.
They implied that the driver had taken my delivery as it had wine in it.
I don't believe that but they were happy to throw him under the bus
Major problems getting refund for incorrect order
I placed an order for c. £30 but all that arrived was a bunch of bananas and a cucumber, neither of which I ordered! These things happen, but - despite being assured that a refund had been processed the same day - I have now spent nearly a month chasing it thanks to repeatedly conflicting information having been given. I’m now left trying to sort this out with my bank directly. Appallingly poor customer service - will never use Chop Chop again.

Horrible!. I put in an order, waited a while and nothing came. I didn't receive any text to tell me what was happening, then I checked the app, it said 'order cancelled'. So I rang, women said we couldn't take payment... I was so confused, because I had more than efficient funds in the bank, call centre sounded foreign. She told me to ring my bank, I did. The bank said my card was locked, because suspected scam. They unlocked it. I rang back today, was told it would take 3 to 5 days to get back £50.39 back. I literally am so disappointed. The worst customer service ever and no communication.

Decided to try this blatant rip off of Tesco Whoosh and placed an order for some groceries. They promise all over the app that your delivery will arrive in 60 minutes or less but we waited for over 90 minutes and the contacted the customer (dis)service number for support. We were told they haven't been able to find a driver through their "third party courier" (read Uber or similar). They had no way of contacting the store or the courier to give us any indication of when we might expect delivery. Decided to cancel and use Tesco instead as we could have been waiting hours, we were then told it would take up to 5 working days to process the refund, which is probably still faster than our order would have arrived. Awful, awful service. Avoid.

Waited well over an hour for an order to arrive that wasn’t mine. When I rejected it the uber driver was so rude and blamed me. I rang customer service and woman on the phone was so rude. Just kept telling me to wait longer. I told her to process a refund and she never did. Absolutely shocking service!!!!
Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service! Order was cancelled as the driver started he couldn't find my house. Requested full refund which they said would take no longer than 5 days, it's now been over a week and still no sign of the refund.
The number you ring puts you through to a call centre not in the UK & they don't really care and just read off a scripted sheet repeating the same thing over and over "5 Days" " 5 Days". Well it's been 8 and nothing. They don't answer emails that are sent so the enquiry form is pointless! I'll never use Sainsbury's again having been a loyal customer for decades. DO NOT USE CHOP CHOP!

I have just been scammed while trying to use ChopChop!
The Uber driver called me and said he needed my date of birth in order to deliver my ChopChop order. Shortly after, I received a message saying my order was “delivered,” but nothing arrived.
I called Sainsbury’s, and they confirmed it was a scam. They assured me I would be refunded the full amount.
⚠️ Please be careful — this is a scam. Do not place orders late in the day, and Sainsbury’s should consider adding a secure code system to protect deliveries and our personal details.
The scam call was recorded and came from this number: 07701 407034 at 20:11 today (Monday the 8th).
This experience was very scary, and I feel unsafe.

Slängde merparten av min mat som var en smärre katastrof. Svintorr kyckling..Riset var stenhårt. Tjejen slängde även hon maten!
Bubbelvattnet var varmt . Under all kritik.
