UPDATE 06/05/25
I just passed this through to admin who have noticed that the picture of the broken bong does not match the bong that you ordered on 25/04, further to that the picture does match the bong that you ordered on 15/12/24, we therefore believe that this is the wrong item and that it is a much older purchase that has been broken sometime in the last 5 months. On this basis I am not going to be able to refund or replace your order.

I'm sorry to read that your bong is damaged. Wherever there is a problem with our stock we ask that you first contact us by email, so that we can deal with it as quickly as possible. As this is the first we've heard of this problem, please send a picture of the damage and a picture of the whole bong to info@chongz.co.uk and we will act on it asap.

Product is good
Product is good, it does what it needs to do. However the massive box and packing peanuts seems unnecessary and inconvenient to dispose of, other than that can’t complain

Hi Mike, thanks very much for the positive review, I'm sorry about the packing, unfortunately we've found that we need to overpack our glass and acrylic products simply to avoid too many breakages, but please be assured that the packing chip is biodegradable and the boxes are made from recycled material.

Cant recommend anywhere better
Bought so much stuff off these guys, postage in uk is literally always 1-2 working days its great! Customer service is also super fast and they resolve any issues really quickly, can't recommend anywhere better really; I've been told they're having a website redesign soon too which will be better than the current one.

Sub par machining/ Design
Although the service and speed of delivery was fine. The product also looking amazing. But that is were the good stopped.
After a week the product has broken, the middle section has a catch, to prevent it rotating loose. The catch had a slight wobble when it arrived and was difficult to use but assumed my mistake of use. Said catch has now licked the middle section and will not release. It retracts and springs back into place but does not remove the pin.
Grind quality is hit and miss and after each grind the grinding section needs picking clean, to remove most of the grind.
Leeks grounds through gaps in sections, clogging aligning guides and groves.
Top section after close inspection is wonky and not even in thickness.
Can't speak for all products but I would avoid "Denzil"

Thank you for your order made last Wednesday evening. We despatched it on Thursday, deliveries to Northern Ireland typically take 3-4 working days, but DPD has sent you a tracking email for accurate updates.
You made an enquiry on Saturday, unfortunately we aren't open on the weekend, but you will have received an automated email reminding you of that.
I've checked tracking this morning, and your parcel is due today. I'm sorry that you're unsatisfied with the service, but this is the quickest delivery service available.
