scam or no longer filling orders. ordered a case, after a month o no shipping into i reached out to cancel my order and no response. used paypal claim to file for refund, never replied. had to escalate claim. they did not respond to paypal, paypal redunded me.

I ordered some poker chips from Chip cave. These are pretty standard items. I never received confirmation that the items were shipped. About a week after expected delivery I started reaching out to Chip Cave in attempts to try to resolve the issue. On seven (7) different occasions I either called or emailed. I never received a response. I am pretty sure I just got ripped off.

I ordered a small order and it's been 5 weeks now and still havent gotten order. Delivery takes forever

Chip Cave provided great quality chips and excellent service. They were a little hard to reach at first, but once connected they took care of everything and made sure our order arrived on time for our cancer benefit. The custom Las Vegas–style chips were a huge hit and received many compliments. Highly recommend.

We purchased a large order of the Las Vegas chips - $500 worth - We received our order a head of time and communication with them was top notch. They even went the extra mile to make sure our order was on time for an event.

Definitely will be buying again

I ordered my chips almost a year ago. I have not received my chips and even though I ask for a refund, I have not received that either. The owner did send me a deck of crap cards for my inconvenience. Do not by from these guys. I really thing they are just scammers. You have a better chance playing with Penny's.

I ordered from Chip Cave and never received my order in time or at all for our event. It is difficult to get a real person for customer service. I eventually obtained a call back with a representative of Chip Cave, initially after placing my order. I was informed that I had to make an additional payment to meet their minimum quote for customized chips. I submitted an additional payment as requested, expecting my order to be on time for our event. The phone representative confirmed that it would be possible to receive my order in time. We never received our order. Almost two months later, we tried calling Chip Cave back again to be met with an answering machine. About a week later, we eventually got a call back, and we requested a full refund. The male representative requested the order number and that he would have to look into a refund, but needed to verify our story about not receiving our order. He also requested proof that we submitted any information requested from Chip Cave to their email, because we may have just sent it to an incorrect email. We had to submit screen grabs to Chip Cave using the same email we originally submitted our information to prove the failure on Chip Cave's service. Eventually, Months later, after our original order, we received an email stating that we would get a full refund but would have extra chips added to our order if we wanted to place another order from Chip Cave.

This company has been great with working with me. They gave me extra goodies to compensate for some of their delays in their shipping. They made sure that I was satisfied with the product and would take care of any issues that I’ve had.

Scam. Totally ripped me off. Never sent order. Customer service is a joke- no one answers the phone. Unless you want throw money away- do NOT buy from them!

They never shipped my order after 2 weeks. My initial complaint got some BS response about a warehouse issue. A week later I had to file for a refund from my credit card. I went with Discount Poker Shop after that and had a great experience, FYI.

I want to say that I had an amazing experience with chipcave. In my order, I had put the wrong shipping time frame.I wanted. I want it to be expedited, so when I call to change, they were very understanding and we're able to change it and got my product within the two daysI need a them for an event. When I pulled out the the poker table and the chips, everybody in the event, loved them. Great product and great packaging.

Ordered chips May 19th and here we are July 8th with only one email stating I would have my order by June 22nd. Refuses to answer phone, tex messages and emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM CHIPCAVE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! I ordered standard non custom poker chips from them and NEVER received them. I was told lies repeatedly by some clown that said my shipment would be expedited but they never planned on sending my order. My original order was 5/22/25. I called a good 4-5 times and now they don’t even answer the phone. I think they went out of business. They are literally stealing my $218

5 weeks since ordering and no answer on when I could expect to get my order. No shipping label created. This company is happy to take your money but they have no interest in actually getting you the product you ordered. Don't fall for it.

If you expect to get your order in a decent time, think again. Ordered over two weeks ago and the order hasn’t even had an update or shipping label attached.

Kind of frustrating. I called and was told they are backed up so. My order is not very complicated and I’ve already missed two poker events cause I don’t have them yet.

I ordered 50 chips - not a large order - 6 weeks ago and still haven't received them. A few comms from the company, but most of it was asking for a 5-star review, hardly any help in trying to figure out where my order was or when I could expect it to be shipped.

I ordered my Chips on Jan. 11 and waited a week and a half but got no update on my order being shipped. I contacted them and they took long to respond and they didn't help me one bit, just generic info on shipping.(told me 8-10 business days) Today is Jan. 30th and I still haven't gotten a shipping update. (It's been 14 business days)

The chip cave is awesome. Great customer service. High quality chips. Had a custom order and they nailed it. Had my order within 3 business days. I just can't say enough good things about this company and the staff. I highly recommend Chip Cave to anyone in the poker community.
