My mum ordered my little boy the dream mushroom tent and the money was taken for it but it never arrived. She has no way to try and get her money back. This company is a disgrace.

Scammers! I ordered the children's mushroom playhouse £29:98 on 1st April and like the others suspiciously received 2 pairs of socks as a gift 😠 I’ve sent almost 20 emails now and been told my package was seized at customs and they cannot pay the heavy tax duty to release it. I’ve asked for evidence and all I got back was an email saying their company ha suffered great losses and asked if me if my family or friends now how to solve their problem?!! I’ve just screen shot these replies and sent them another furious email as I suspected them as scammers the whole time and have been fobbed off for months with different excuses, so stressful! Avoid at all costs 😠🤬😓😠

Horrible experience. Never got my order. I ordered in January and they keep telling me it is on its way.

If I can give 0 stars I will. SCAM COMPANY!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! placed the order for toy storage in January and a month later received 7 pairs of socks. Been emailing them back and forth and they kept on saying they are out of stock and tell me to wait and they will replace it. After waiting for another month I told them I'm not waiting and they say they will refund 30% cause they claim they shipped a product and even that product isn't what I ordered. Total bs. I disputed this company with my bank and received full refund.

Ordered Dream mushroom and received 2 pairs socks. No answer to my emails. Total scam.

Only given one star to be able to continue! They send you a parcel, piece of crap but with tracking number of item you ordered. Then they tell you it’s been delivered! If you receive rubbish, keep it in the bag until your order arrives (if ever). It’s getting harder to detect Chinese Companies!!!! Most of which are scams and cons! Don’t order from these!

I ordered the Dream Mushroom Tent, and received two pairs of socks today instead. I have consequently emailed them with the order slip and pictures, and said to send out the correct item or refund my money... but judging by the other replies on here, I'm suspicious I won't be getting it back. I guess we'll see.

If theres a zero, I would have given them. They are SCAMMERS. They charge me 30 dollars for. Oair of socks. Please haunt them on Facebook where they put their ads and resport them

I ordered the baby dream mushroom tent for my children… I got fishing hooks! Absolutely ridiculous! Emailed and had no response. Contact number doesn’t even exist!
