Brilliant high operator easy clean chairs, we now have 25 in our factory, comfortable and good quality

The draughtsman chair is excellent and Chilli Seating were a pleasure to buy from. I needed slightly longer fixing bolts for the arm rests and they were sent out the next day.

The chair was shipped very quickly with prompt communication. No issues with item at all. Instructions were clear and easy to understand with supplied parts well labelled. The chair is comfortable, has a decent build quality and looks good.

Pleasure to deal with I consider myself a very picky person to deal with however David made the whole process seamless and smooth. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Overall my chair is great and fairly priced. It's pretty much exactly what I need. And the customisation options are brilliant.

The only issue I had - and the only reason I've given 4 stars, instead of 5 - is that there was a defect with some of the threaded inserts on the underside of the seat pad, where you assemble on the arm rest. On one side they were fine, and I had no problems. But on the other side, the wooden base of the seat was angled, meaning the threads also sat at an angle and engaging the assembly bolts was almost impossible. I ended up stripping one of the bolts, but eventually managed to wrestle them all in. Hopefully it stays in place!

Really pleased with the quality of my new home office chairs. Delivery was quick too.

Finally took the plunge and kitted out my home office.
