Chillicult Anmeldelser 

I ordered four pastes from Chilli Cult as they were good value for money on special offer. Unfortunately one of the items was the wrong flavour when it arrived. I asked for a refund or replacement and sent them a photo as requested. It has been over a month now and I still haven't received my refund. No response or explanation from customer service. I don't think I'll risk buying from them again.
UPDATE: Over a year later, still no communication from ChilliCult. I'm considering reporting to Trading Standards.

Great variety of sauces, rubs, seasonings and other condiments, easy communication with them if you have any queries. Will be using again!

Quick and speedy delivery
with a great range of option and item that i had bought we great amd tasty and full of flavour.

Terrible experience. I ordered 4 sauces, it said it was shipped. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received them. I tried to contact and follow up twice with no response so I had to resort to claiming through PayPal.

Ordered 2 bottles of chilli sauce, but was sent 2 jars of naga pickle. Raised to Chilli Cult who sorted a new order which it seems Royal Mail have misplaced, however I have had to chase every step of the way with no proactive updates, and now getting no response at all. Original order was mid-Feb and I still don't have it.

Personal service, very helpful and quick, and a range of products that are top quality and hard to find all in one place! Great packing and quick postage, too. Highly recommended!

Sent wrong items and not replying to emails for refund

Part of order missing and several emails ignored. Poor customer service and I’ve given up now. I thought I’d found a decent company, but obviously not. Delivery was not only wrong but slow anyway. I’d recommend going elsewhere unless you want poor service and support for their errors.

I’ve used Chillicult about six times now, it’s my go-to chilli supplier. Mr Naga is my addiction, and it’s at a good price, plus Pran Naga Pickle is amazingly hot. Never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend.
