The Chill Chair is outstanding quality without all the unnecessary fancy packaging. It’s super comfortable, stylish, and built to last. The massage function is incredible — a true deep tissue experience that feels amazing. The customer service is second to none; Emma and Rey respond to emails quickly and even send helpful videos to answer any questions. I highly recommend this company!

About six months ago, I purchased a chill chair and the chill ottoman. I use both of them daily and was super impressed with both the quality of the chair and the massage functionality of the Ottoman for feet.

About a month ago, the chair stopped charging and I submitted a ticket to customer service. Unlike one of the other reviews, I got very prompt response and both Ray and Emma were super courteous and knowledgeable. We went back-and-forth three or four times with some troubleshooting and then they sent me a brand new chair. This is the kind of customer service that I would expect from a product at this price point

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend chill chair for either the chair or the ottoman. Both are working flawlessly and I use them daily.

Comfort: For me, the chair feels below average in terms of comfort. The seat is too firm, and after prolonged use it puts pressure on the tailbone, which can become painful. In my opinion, this chair is not suitable for all-day office work — it may work better for shorter sitting sessions.
Massage Function: The built-in massage works as described and is a nice touch if you want occasional relief during work breaks.
Customer Support: Unfortunately, this is where my biggest concern lies. The support team has been slow to respond, and when they did, the assistance provided was not helpful. For a product in this category, responsive and knowledgeable support makes a big difference, and I feel this is an area that needs significant improvement.

The support staff was excellent through the whole process of my initial purchase of the chair. The staff was professional, helpful and personable especially Emma.

Customer service is FANTASTIC! I had a problem with the battery charging board and customer service responded to my emails ASAP and after trouble shooting, figured out the issue and sent me a replacement board. It is so nice to have this kind of support after purchasing an expensive item and knowing you can count on them when you need them.

My husband and I both work from home and are in our desk chairs for 10-12 hours a day. I have a bad back, so was looking for something that would be supportive and comfortable. This chair was everything BUT that. In fact, it caused additional back issues for me. There's also a weird hump in the middle of the seat cushion that's in a very odd spot, adding to the discomfort of the chair.

We opted to send the chairs back under the trial period. They made it extremely difficult to return - emailing for return details, then having to take a video of disassembly and packaging of the chair, all before they would even provide a return slip.

After returning the chair in early April, and following up multiple times about the status of our refund with no response, we finally ended up having to dispute the charges with our credit card company 2 months later. The credit card dispute triggered them to finally reach out in the middle of June, stating "​We sincerely apologize for the delay in updating you. The refund has actually been ready for some time, but we missed notifying you, and we’re truly sorry for that. We’ve now received a chargeback for this order. Unfortunately, because of this, our system won’t allow us to process the refund directly. If you could kindly withdraw the chargeback, we’ll process your refund immediately, no further delays."

HORRIBLE company, and HORRIBLE chair!!!

From the time I messaged them to the time of resolve was nothing less than perfect. I am super stoked they addressed my challenge immediately with a resolve. Happy client tells 10 and unhappy tells 100. Well 10 are def getting told. Thanks Chill chair.

Amazing! So glad we decided on chill chair!
I was looking for a new office chair when my wife said look at that theres one with a massage option.
So it made me think thats not a bad idea as we could both benefit from the new chair,
But when i looked at the brands that had come up on the web page they had bad reviews!
So i googled massage office chairs and came across Chill Chair!
the product looked so much better than others i had found and event though it was a higher price than the others i decided to go for it!
I couldnt believe it turned up the next day as it meant i could adjust the position of my new desk to suit using the leg rest!
the product was packaged really well and came in a few parts that were really easy to assemble!
the chair itself is great quality and came with enough charge for us to try it out!
Wow its brilliant the pressure adjustment the various massage settings and the chair positions everything!! we highly recommend Chill Chair.

Friend of mine had a very poor experience. Delivery driver apparently couldn't find address, returned to sender and Chill Chair stalling over refund.

I’ve had it for two months and I’m obsessed. Everyone who visits ends up trying it. It’s a massage chair that doesn’t look like a massage chair. Win-win.

The chair massage experience is amazing. It feels like an expensive massage chair. The customer support was also outstanding.

Absolutely love this chair. Shipping was very fast. The first chair I received was broken and I contacted customer service. 5 stars as well for customer service. A replacement was sent the same day and I had it two days later. Once I got it set up I used full body mode and it was brilliant. I highly recommend the chill chair and this company.

The Chill Chair is the best desk chair that I have ever owned! It has so many massage choices for your back and even your butt! I never knew it had a butt massage feature when I bought it! Another bonus is that it can be turned into an instant recliner when your pull out the footrest. I like the fact that this chair does NOT have rubber on it because of an allergy that I have, that is a rare find for someone like me. This chair is comfortable and attractive! I get many compliments on the Chill Chair! You can also buy the "sole mate" which is a matching footstool that massages your feet. Go ahead and buy the Chill Chair because your back and butt will be happy!
