Thanks to Child Support Survival Services, I was able to terminate my child support arrears through Jackson credits for the time that my children lived with me. Nancy communicated with the Department of Child Support Services attorney, helped prepare the required court paperwork, and guided me through the entire process. As a result, my child support arrears were reduced to zero. I highly recommend them. Great work!
Nancy was able to get my boyfriend’s child support arrears COMPLETELY DISMISSED! His child support arrears totaled almost $70k after interest. He wrongfully owed child support to his ex/DCSS, for 6 years plus interest, from his ex falsifying claims that my boyfriend was not present during their relationship and fraudulently receiving state benefits and child support money while they lived together. Because of the MOTIONS Nancy wrote, based on the documents/evidence we sent her, the DCSS office and the judge decided that my boyfriend had been wrongfully charged and dismissed all arrears and interest to both the mother and the county. Nancy took the time to hear his case and was very VERY attentive and extremely responsive to every single phone call and text! Nancy knows the system inside and out and is knowledgeable and resourceful. She filed audits against the DCSS office and was able to compile enough evidence and research for my boyfriend to build a strong case against the mother and the county in favor of dismissing his child support arrears.
Nancy has many many years of experience with these kinds of situations where the father is wrongfully or over charged for child support. Nancy knows exactly how to word and phrase the required motions in the legal language so that the motions are heard and responded to correctly. Nancy is less expensive than hiring an attorney and is more responsive the our old attorney we had originally hired to deal with this arrears issue. I would and am 100% recommending Nancy and the Child Support Survival Services to everyone that is dealing with any kinds of child support arrears issues. Nancy is dedicated and again extremely responsive! She will do her best to help you with your situation and is honest about the potential outcomes. I just want to extend my appreciation to Child Support Survival Services for helping me and those who have been taken advantage by the Dept. of Child Services. I know we look like dead beat dads, but that's not the case for everyone. As for me, I was put on a child support amount I could not afford after I was out of the military. So I racked up thousands in child support arrears and could not afford a child support attorney to help me. The only affordable and real help I was lucky to find was Child Support Survival Services. When I saw that their contract had a refund policy, I know this company stands behind their service. In 4 months, they helped me reduce my child support arrears to an amount I could afford to pay off. This agency is worth every penny. This know what to do to get child support arrears terminated.
