I ordered shoes, they sent the wrong size and refused to provide return shipping reimbursement. Also, the quality of their shoes are not good, very cheaply made.

I have ordered an amazing red short sleeve cocktail party dress for my girlfriend. Customer service was great, they helped me with the choosing the right size. Shipping was fast and my girlfriend was very happy, dress is amazing. I absolutely recommend it.

I brought a jacket from them and I orderd a large and they sent me meduim which comes out very small so was very tight. I emailed them to tell them they sent the wrong size and the lady said she couldn’t do anything about it and was very unfriendly. I will not be buying from them again and I recommend people u choose the right size because they will not help you with your order !!!

The dress I ordered was shipped out fast and arrived in less than 20 days.
It looks really pretty, just as in picture.
It's very comfortable and fits me just perfect.I ordered the size I usually wear (checked measurements and they matched my usual size).
It's always better to check all measurements tho.

Ordered boots from their site for my wife and quality was awful, totally different from what you see on a picture. No, the worst quality I ever seen! Heel was broken, unstable; leather pieces were asymmetric and different shapes on left and right boots. I asked customer support for refund and they purposed me to use these boots as present for some of my friends (WHAAAAAT?) and they will refund me 30% for defect product. Still did not received refund! Don't waste your time, buy from another store

I have ordered from this company 10+ times and received over 50 items and I can honestly say, only about 5 of those were bad (and these were the ones I bought in the beginning of my Chicloth experience and didn't know about the reviews). I never order an item that doesn't have a good amount of good reviews/pictures. Make sure to check the sizes and the pictures!! I am around 5'2 and quite a slim girl. I am almost always a small or medium - just make sure to check the sizing! Never had to return anything so cannot comment, but most online companies return policies aren't the best so I wouldn't mind regardless.

I love this website! My cousin recommended CHICLOTH to me a few months ago and I finally started by ordering a couple of skirts. They are adorable and fit perfectly! I always get tons of compliments! Since then, I’ve ordered tops, sweaters, dresses, and pants for work, and everything has fit great! Highly recommended if you know your sizes. H&M/Forever 21 type quality, but worth it if you don’t want to spend a ton of money.

My official rating is ZERO stars. Ordered a swimsuit and beach cover up in July, writing this review Sept 30 and I still haven't received the order. The tracking number provided only shows the same Aug 2 (it's on route) update. I've written the whole experience off at this point. Will never shop there and I definitely recommend that other stay very far away from the site. Don't waste your time or money!

Is there a -100? I have bought items online from places I never heard of. Including a WEDDING DRESS from dhgate.com. The dress was not like how I expected at all, but at least it arrived!! With chicloth I ordered a bathing suit and pants. It has been over 14 days since I ordered it. I got nothing to show for my purchase. When I contacted them to refund me my money, they said "we'll rush the order." Um no, I asked for my money back. No reply. Fell off the face of the planet. Now I lost money to this company and no product from them to even complain about. I regret it so bad! Worst website ever!!

Love this dress - second purchase and just as good as the first one. Prices do not reflect the excellent quality and fit (sizing chart is spot on). Kept informed of despatch details and arrived when they said it would. Will definitely purchase from chicloth.com again

I ordered 12 items (risky, I know!) and I am happy with all of them! Everything arrived in as little as 5 days, and was just as expected.
Little tips:
-read the reviews, look at costumer's pictures and measurement to get realistic expectations on how the garment will look on you (unless you are a photoshopped super-model yourself)
-the materials are obviously a bit cheap, they may be a bit transparent and won't offer much protection from the cold. I stuck to summer clothing- also a sweatshirt, but (as expected) was very thin!
I am preparing my second order already! <3

All the good reviews seriously have to be from the folks at the company, because the service is so terrible.

Horrible service!!! Got sent the incorrect dress and now they won’t answer me to return it. Looks nothing like the picture online, 100% do not buy from the site!! Beware!
