I give this company 5 stars plus. I had an incorrect size in bedding sent to me and they fixed the mistake and had the correct one to me within a couple days. They answered my message within the hour when I told them about my issue. Very responsive and fast. Definitely a human touch and not a corporate feel to this company. I will be ordering again!!

The Christmas ornament I ordered was a…Speed boat with a Santa Claus on it.
The Christmas ornament I ordered was a speed boat with a Santa Claus. However I received an American Flag. the paper work inside was for someone in New Hampshire. I have been charged for the ornament but its not the one I ordered. Please advise, how I can be refunded. Thank you Ann Kinkel
