Terrible Customer Service
I emailed within 10 minutes of placing my order because I mistakenly did express checkout which linked to a 15 year old address. I asked to either cancel the order so I could order again with the correct address, or simply update the shipping address. I was assured that the address was updated, only to find out that it actually wasn’t and the shirt was shipped to the old address, which I don’t have access to. This is really disappointing. I would have been a regular customer. I have spent over $1000 on various shirts over this past year, and this will be the first and last one I purchase from Cherry Kitten.

It's nice but the spring the ciggerette box to open is annoying be nice if we can physically open it ourselves as a few times cos of that spring ciggerettes have fallen out and maybe the band that holds the ciggerettes a little tighter and the box is a bulky ... Better hat packaging
I love everything I buy from Cherrykitten. My only complaint this time is that I bought a hat and they packed it in a bag so it got totally smushed in transit. They packed it with a plastic thing to hold the shape, which it did not, so now my hat has a weird pattern from the plastic getting smashed. It’s still wearable and awesome but you gotta figure out better packaging for hats.
