Great source for research chemicals!
Fantastic ordering process all around. It does take some effort to get approved to place an order for research purposes, but it is definitely worth the hassle. This is a legitimate and trustworthy source. Untracked shipping took about 10 days from Canada to the US.

I tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. I have already spent over 350 in orders trying to get ANYTHING AT ALL from this company. The first order was shy of 100usd. It never came in, but I was told if I wanted to ensure I received what I paid for, I should buy the tracking option (already a red flag, I think my product should come in regardless of what shipping option I chose, especially over 100 usd). Sk I decided to go for it with some of the good reviews I'd read. I placed a tracked order totalling over 250 usd. Guess what? It's been almost 2 months and absolutely nothing. Last update is that my package was being inspected by customs (keep in mind the companies I'd bought from before NEVER had an issue being inspected because they were extremely stealthy). Now I'm allowed a reship after 2 MONTHS and orders totalling over 350 usd. I've asked to get a reshipment, yet I've had no response to my inquiry. The only thing I did find out was that regardless of the transaction I initially made, saying that if I did not receive my tracked package, another tracked package would be shipped after 2 MONTHS, I would only be receiving a standard snail mail reshipment due to Covid 19, even though my initial purchase back in February ensured another tracked package if I were to not receive the initial shipment. I've spent money to get nothing in return from Chemlogix, and I urge others not to waste time, money, and effort in trying to get anything from this company. Yes, they responded to my rating, but they havent responded to the reshipment besides the fact that they would, if anything, not fulfill the agreement of another tracked shipment to me after waiting 2 months. Horrible, misleading customer service. This company should be ashamed of its practices.

I'm currently looking into this. I believe that the client's inquiry was handled within 24 hours and he does qualify for a reship. I'm currently investigating the possibility that earlier attempts at communication was missed by our CS team.
UPDATE: We were Infact about 24 hours behind on some customer service inquiries due to the volume of shipping related inquiries. I do apologize for that.

I have used chemlogix four times. Never had an issue besides Purolator losing a package for a month. Bags are always overweight. Prices seem reasonable. Good customer service.
