You may purchase a used item that works for months or years, but when you try to sell it to a responsible trader, their check with us shows it was stolen before you bought it. I signed up for a report for my phone and they never sent the report, they charged me 2 times on my credit card. They will not call you back no help at all. Horrible!!!!

I was informed by Apple that this IMEI number was reported lost / stolen, this CheckMEND report came back stating nothing was wrong! Why is CheckMEND wrong!!!!!!

Not that much helpful as aspected because the service doesn’t explain Network lock /Date of purchased/Sold by/ It only says about blacklist which are free on many sites. I recommend not to buy this service. Waste of money

Hi there, A checkMEND device check is not only blacklist data but checks against the world's largest used mobile phone database including data from the police, insurers, retailers and networks. It includes checks for multiple registered owners, reported lost or stolen, previously recycled, subject to an insurance claim, outstanding finance and confirmation of make and model.

Absolutely useless .
Absolutely useless .. paid my fee got details for phone I was about to buy .. states not on contact ... But because I wanted it unlocking I went direct to phone supplier who then told me they couldn't unlock it because it had only been on contract 2 months .. luckily I hadn't gone through with purchase .
