The old staff is gone and your new staff, cares and not doing you a favor to serve you. I don't have to use your company, I hate rep offs from banks. The one thing you really need to change for your customers is your updating, your card machine and be able to have the cash, credited to your bank account directrly. Your really outdated and a inconvenice for customer service. Keep improving and you will earn more stars.

I was provided excellent customer service.
I was provided excellent customer service. I can’t remember the two ladies names, but they Need a raise. However they won’t be able to help me anymore if they get a raise lol. I would hope Check into Cash is on the BBB. Very good business, and everyone is helpful. Thank you for the service.

Everyone was extremely helpful
Everyone was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service. You should look into a raise for two women whose names I can’t remember, however I would not receive excellent customer service from them anymore if they got a raise. Check into cash is an extremely excellent business that I hope is on the BBB. Thank you for everything.
