RBR, contacted our company to check our rating as was above others in the area, after measuring and advising they said there was a number of things that would bring our Rates down, they was correct and i was pleased that within 4 weeks i had a refund of just over £10,000 and less rates to pay going forward, very professional and worth having the help they provided. thanks to them all at RBR for sorting what others have failed to do in 3 attempts in the last 9 years, Steve - MD

Reliable and Professional Service

So far, very professional service. Received significant business rates relief for the current and previous financial years and am awaiting news on a reduction in the valuation of our property which will be an even bigger help! Highly recommended

Delivered as promised…

We are CONSTANTLY approached by charlatans promising business rates miracles....whereas these guys seemed normal and pragmatic and have delivered what they promised.

Very helpful, easy to work with in reducing my annual business rates

Very fast, efficient and effective transaction from CheckChallange Appeals Team, from initial telephone conversation highlighting the process they execute to review and potentially reduce payable rates for small businesses. In my case the complete E2E process took approx 2 weeks to review, challange and secure a significant reduction and rebate in my business units rateable value. Highly Recommended for small business who are looking to assess their business rates.
