Amazing! Don't use anyone else!
Amazing! I have used Cheapnewyork.LLC for all of my recent PLLC, LLC and DBA filings.
I used to use Legalzoom, but they could not answer many of my complicated or legal questions. CheapNewYorkLLC, on the other hand, timely returned all of my calls and emails with clear answers and instructions of how we would proceed forward with the filings.
They also made me feel like I was a high-valued client and not just another number in their file cabinet. I also really appreciated the special attention they gave me when we spoke on the telephone.
I would recommend CheapNewYorkLLC to anyone who is looking to file their papers correctly and professionally. I will only be using CheapNewYorkLLC for any of my filing needs. I highly recommend them!

Reliable and CRAZY Fast Filing!
Many of friends have used Legal Zoom to file their LLC. At the advice of a friend I chose CheapNewYorkLLC.com and I'm so glad I did!! All the documents are sent to you electronically, for few dollars more they handle all for you which for me personally was worth it. Quick, clean and easy
I browsed several other online based LLC forming services and this one appears to be the most transparent, easiest to navigate and the results are ridiculously quick.
A lawyer's office wanted at least $1700 from me and took over a week to get down to pricing.
