Apart from the amazing prices and the interesting selection available in the online shop, the products all arrived in good time and were packed INCREDIBLY well. We were so impressed! There was just one item that were no longer available after I had checked out, and they automatically actioned a refund. I was a bit hesitant to buy from them initially (fear of the unknown!), but will now keep an eye regularly on their site and enjoy many more 'shopping trips' to cheapfoods.co.uk.

Today, I received my 16th order from Best Before it's Gone Ltd. aka Cheapfood.co.uk. It is always a positive experience, from ordering online to receiving the products. The products received are always packaged very well with many items received in their trade packaging, whilst other items packaged using alternative packaging and glass-based items are bubble wrapped for safety in transit. I have never received a spoilt item and everything edible IS edible. Please kindly provide feedback to your admin and packing teams on the excellent service received throughout the year. Even at times of high demand, parcels are dispatched and delivered (by DPD) as soon as it is practical to do so. Once again, thank you.

Very slight downside is a bit of a wait for dispatch and delivery seens as the postage is £6 🫤 especially when you are waiting on salted caramel Flipz 🤤

Another appalling experience. I emailed there so called customer service today (6th March) as my order I placed on the 27th had still not dispatched and I received a condescending response saying that it was still within the 7 days including weekends and bank holidays that it says in its T & C’s. Clearly they can’t count as today is day 8 and the email said that it’s not even been picked and packed. Absolutely ridiculous.
If there customer service was decent I probably wouldn’t be that bothered with the length but when ever I’ve had to contact them every time I’m met with condescension always trying to hide by there T&C’s.

And now after waiting 9 days for my order at 07:50 they just refunded it with no explanation.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I left them a bad review and they without asking me or even emailing me a reason , just cancelled my order.
That’s just awful customer service, totally appalling.

Perfect for when you want a treat or looking for some decent food which stays good beyond the expiry date but are trying to budget

I received one box from the company which was well packaged and everything arrived safe and sound. However, half my order was missing.
