Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you were happy with the samples, but we're very sorry your delivery arrived later than expected, particularly as you needed it for a project.
Whilst we process and dispatch orders promptly, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee or control the logistics of the delivery companies we rely on. On this occasion Royal Mail let us both down and we completely understand how frustrating delays can be and the knock-on effect they can have on your plans. Thank you for sharing your experience although it is not what we had hoped for, I hope this has not deterred you from shopping with us again. Regards Nicky

I have been bombarded with unsolicited commercial spam from this company despite not being a customer and never providing consent to be contacted.
Nothing I've done has resulted in this harrassment ending.
edit: I've been given a story about how they didn't send the email which makes no sense given the email headers completely contradict that. Not trustworthy.
edit2: Your secure e-commerce platform are at best incompetent claiming that DKIM and SPF signatures on mail headers have been faked, which is clear nonsense.
