They told me my account was updated, but nothing actually changed or worked. I reached out for support and they said they would get back to me, but I never heard from them again. Very frustrating experience and poor communication. I expected better service and follow-through.

They’ve got the best prices, they’ve never let me down, and they always follow through on their warranty promises.
Considering the prices, you’d think the customer service would be questionable, but it’s not — they tell you their opening hours and within these hours it’s perfect, they always get back to you very quickly and it’s always a real person.

Still as good ever
