Have already made another order
Website is really easy to use/navigate and upload my own design. Print turned up very fast and with free tracked shipping. The print looks very much how I designed it to be so feel very happy to send this to my customer. Only downfall is that my print had some damage to the bottom caused by the lid being placed on the packaging tube without the print being pushed far enough down.. but I reached out to the team on Instagram and they responded fast and offered to help. Would recommend and have already placed a new order

Avoid, lie through their teeth and don't deliver... plenty of other companies out their.
Firstly, There was no communication, no acknowledgement of payment to which I had to phone up and chase them. The order was then not delivered within their stated time frame... again I had to chase them up. Absolutely terrible communication! When the product did arrive, it was not what I ordered and they do not seem to sell what they advertise on their website whatsoever. More phone calls again. They promised to send out more signs ASAP with a thicker covering (still not what I ordered) which have yet to show! Finally, I am still to received an invoice as I originally requested.
Absolutely avoid, terrible people and company. Do not trust with your business.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your were not happy with your experience. I apologise that the product arrived to you late. This can happen for reasons outside of our control. I believe there was a clear misunderstanding on what we offer to what you were expecting. Our lamination does not include metal outercasing on the signs which you expected. This was not mentioned on our website or on our product specifications at all so I was unsure where this expectation came from.
We did however deliver a product with the wrong type of lamination which we rectified and have provided a delivery date for the re-prints. I have also reached out to you since this review to try to rectify this issue but have been unable to get through. The invoice was sent to you via our new quickbooks system which I believe failed to reach you however I have since sent to you again.
I apologies that you had to chase for this order as much as you had to. I will take this feedback to improve our service. Based on our history of reviews I would say that it is rather unfair to state that we lied and didnt delivery and to not trust us as a business. We are not perfect and there is always room for improvement.

Excellent service and the printed bags were exactly what I was looking for. Had a really tight deadline which was caused by delays my end but Cheap as Prints helped me out and delivered 10,000 bags with days to spare.

Thank you for your feedback. We did provide an initial design which was not to your satisfaction. I understand that there were delays on the revised artwork which I apologise for which a full refund was processed. Apologies to have dissapointed and will take this feedback onboard to improve our service.
Awful customer service
The item I ordered was delivered late and had a printing error (caused by rendering apparently) affecting a sponsor logo repeated several times across the design. I have had to chase them about everything - told they will provide updates and then heard nothing for days in some cases until I've chased again. I have been given a partial refund (should be full in my opinion given the printing error is their mistake) but this took nearly a week to be processed and only happened once I had chased them again. Possibly some of the worst customer service I have received in a long time.
Update 20 Oct 2022: not only that you have just publicly had the audacity to tell a customer that their feedback is unfair and lied by saying you’ve been unable to get in touch with me which is a complete lie! I was the one relentlessly chasing you! Unbelievable.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise that this is not the experience that you expected. We have tried to reach out to you on numerous occasions to try to get this resolved but have not been able to get through. Although we try our best to offer a great service, isolated issues like this can occur. We are not perfect and try to resolve matters as best as possible. We will improve our services and work better to avoid this from happening again although based on our history of reviews and awards it would be unfair to state that we offer the worst customer service across the board.
Update 20 Oct 2022: I was stating with regards to getting in touch with you after the review was left but I was unable to get through. I am happy for you to call me on 01922 666 288 to discuss further. I have not stated that your review was unfair, but infact have acknowledge your concerns and mentioned that we would improve our service based on this.

Great resolution
After an initial communication hitch the company really stepped up and kept me updated with my order. It was easy to set up the double-sided 2m banner, although it was helpful to stand on something to secure the roll-up banners at the top securely. Quality of printing is superb. I expect to be ordering more soon.

Great service
After a communication breakdown somewhere along the lines. They bent over backwards to assist me in getting my artwork loaded, printed and sent to me. The service was excellent and very worth the money that I spent. I have no queries about using the company and would recommend it to my friends. I will be using them in the near future.

Was kept updated at all times. Email communication was brilliant with quick replies. And my print was sent out and received extremely quickly.
I searched online for a long time and this was the only place I could find that did custom size prints at a really good price.
