We stumbled across Chauncey online with a photo that was advertising a home with their flooring which immediately struck us! On exploring further via the website and enquiry forms we were quickly met with all the information, wood options, and samples which were with us very quickly. Alice in particular on sales was excellent at guiding us through the whole process even through to talking through with our floor fitters ( they also offer their own if you’re stuck) The final finish is beyond beautiful we are delighted. We had an unopened adhesive tub which they were happy to return for a full refund. 5* service. Top quality wood. Thank you

Great service from the outset, starting with key detail and communication from Oskar, it wasn’t the cheapest quote, but the confidence gained from the professional approach sealed the deal.

This was followed up Charlotte who organised all the logistics, making sure everything runs smoothly, this is something missing from many other companies, and with her friendly tone as the cherry on top.

Then Phil and Luke did the hard work, you can see they have a love for the job, it’s not just another floor.

This all adds up to a truly great experience!

Chaunceys have been amazing from the moment we visited their showroom, being looked after by Jodie within seconds of walking in, to the install over the last couple of days, by Scott, who did an incredible job.

I always recommend Chaunceys Timber flooring as I have yet to find a better supplier of wood flooring.
Its great that our clients can go to the showroom (which is very impressive) and see and feel the products and know that what they order will turn up on site.

We had a terrible installation and customer relationship experience with this company. They did damage our new built home during installation and left gaps between the floor and the skirting boards. Later on, they tried to rectify some of the damages but caused a lot of inconvenience for us. They do not have a process driven professional approach or warranty policy. We would definitely NOT recommend Chaunceys Timber Flooring.

Great floor and hands down the best company we dealt with during our house project. A breath of fresh air.

I have been enjoying my beautiful engineered oak flooring (underfloor heated) for well over two years now and am delighted with how it has performed. There is no sign of warping or shrinkage and it has maintained its colour despite having had a great deal of sunshine this summer. I have even kept the sample piece which I proudly show to visitors if they are considering having a wooden floor. I cannot recommend Chaunceys highly enough.
