EDIT apres echange par mail : il s'agit d'un vice de procédure vous pouvez faire un essai de trois jours mais vous êtes obligé de payer l'abonnement 29,99 €. Donc ce n'est finalement pas un essai et ce n'est pas expliqué ou peut-être dissimulé mais pas explicite et ils le savent très bien étant donné la stupidité de l'offre.

Quand un abonnement est annulé, plus aucun prélèvement ne doit avoir lieu ensuite. Si un débit de 29,99 € est passé après votre annulation, ce n’est pas normal et nous voulons le vérifier.

Hi Alex,
The 72-hour trial at £0.99 renews automatically at £29.99 unless it is cancelled before the trial ends. This is shown at sign-up and in the confirmation email.
Once a subscription is cancelled, no further payment is taken. A pending attempt or a declined payment can still appear on a bank statement, but that does not mean money was collected.

j'ai payé les 0.99 et 3 jours plus tard ils mont prélevé 29.99e !!!! j'ai supprimé cette abonnement qu'il mont mi en place sans mon avis et ils ont carrément supprimé mon compte ! je tente de rejeter ce prélèvement avec ma banque impossible ! faite attention de beau voleurs

Nous sommes désolés de votre déception. L’offre à 0,99 € est un essai de 3 jours. Sans résiliation pendant ces 3 jours, il se poursuit en abonnement mensuel à 29,99 €, comme indiqué lors de l’inscription.
Bonne nouvelle : les deux prélèvements, 0,99 € et 29,99 €, vous ont été intégralement remboursés le 17/10, soit 30,98 €. Le montant apparaîtra sur votre compte bancaire d’ici quelques jours. Votre abonnement est résilié et aucun autre prélèvement ne sera effectué.
Votre compte n’a pas été supprimé : seul l’abonnement a pris fin.

It is a scam
I ordered a graphic design based on precise specifications. It took three days—during which they burned through my 8-image credit—while delivering nothing but a mess; they even admitted they knew the graphics didn't match the source material or requirements and contained errors and mistakes. The final straw came on Tuesday: after exhausting the 8-image credit on a series of flawed, chaotic attempts, they sent back a defective image from the previous day—one I had already flagged as faulty. Although they acknowledged the error, the credit remained spent. Today, they wasted another 8 images full of errors and mistakes—seemingly on purpose, just to extract more money from me. Even after three days, I still haven't received the requested image. I strongly advise against using this service! It is a scam. Reliability is at about 10% of what one would expect. With every single graphic—some of which were botched in almost comical fashion—they admitted the error on their part and identified exactly what went wrong, yet they used up my credit without offering any compensation. Instead of the service I expected, I was left absolutely furious.

We’re sorry the images didn’t match your specifications. That is frustrating, especially when the mistakes keep coming back after you’ve pointed them out.
To be clear, nothing is generated on purpose to use up credits. Each image is a new attempt by the AI, and with very precise designs it doesn’t always get every detail right. We understand that’s not what you expected.
Please write to our support with your account email. We’ll look at your conversation and the images that were used, and come back to you personally.

Дуже негативний досвід із ChatXPR — автоматичне списання $29,99 та відмова у повному поверненні коштів
Мій досвід із ChatXPR виявився вкрай негативним.
22.09.2026 з моєї банківської картки було списано 29,99 USD за місячну підписку. До цього була здійснена окрема оплата 0,99 USD, пов’язана з оформленням/активацією картки.
Ключова проблема полягає в тому, що я не отримував окремого повідомлення від ChatXPR про завершення триденного пробного періоду та майбутнє списання 29,99 USD.
Після списання я одразу звернувся до підтримки ChatXPR та попросив повернути кошти. Я пояснив, що після списання фактично не користувався сервісом і не мав наміру продовжувати платну підписку.
Замість повного повернення коштів компанія запропонувала лише 15 USD — 50% від списаної суми. Я відмовився від цієї пропозиції та попросив повернути повну суму 29,99 USD.
У відповідь мені повідомили, що компанія не може запропонувати більше 50%, і якщо я не погоджуюся, обговорення вважається завершеним.
Тобто фактично після автоматичного списання $29,99 мені запропонували повернути лише половину коштів, а після моєї відмови питання не було вирішене.
Я вважаю таку практику неприйнятною.
Якщо ви розглядаєте можливість оформлення підписки ChatXPR, рекомендую дуже уважно перевіряти умови пробного періоду, автоматичного продовження та списання коштів.
Особисто я не рекомендую цей сервіс через свій досвід із підпискою та службою підтримки.
