Great experience
I had Kim W and she was amazing! Made a big switch for my hair and she asked a few questions and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted. Overall really quick and very friendly, my hair feels great!

Far too expensive.
First of all, the price for the service was far too expensive. I will not be returning because of that. Secondly, there was no discussion as to what I wanted done. My highlights are not the color I wanted and the hairdresser should have been knowledgeable as to what color to use and what would look best. The fact that I have fine, thin, short hair and was charged $190.00 doesn't sit well with me especially since I am not happy with the end results.
