The were welcoming, accommodating and listened. Mahshid was good with her hands.
Personally, there are 3 ladies I have been serviced by and all of them were really good. Mahshid, Emma and Hawzhin.

Brought my 10-year-old daughter for her first piercing, and the technician completely missed the mark and now my daughter’s earrings are in different locations one being too low on the earlobe. We have to remove the earrings and try to get the holes to heal so we can try again in the future. This was a very disappointing experience as my daughter had been looking forward to getting her ears pierced for her birthday but now she’ll have to wait even longer to have it done properly.

Knowledgeable stylist especially since my hair is thick and wavy and the short style requires thinner and straight hair.

Sophia did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair!!! She is very accommodating and knowledgeable of what she does. Very professional and kind.

I just love coming to this store, they remember and my hair! Sophia listens so well and I am always so happy with the end product.

Hair Appointment was outstanding...but. My stylist did a wonderful job with my hair colour and answered all of my questions and provided expert advise.

My disappointment was in the check out process. I purchase some hair products that totaled over $150.00 and together with the hair appointment my total was over $300.00 before tax. The tip % amount was recommended on the total purchase rather than on the hair appointment. I would never tip on products as that is not customary in any retail business.

There was a great deal of distractions happening at the cash register at the time with multiple people at the desk and I ended up paying the 15% on everything. Then on top of that the cashier asked if I wanted a paper bag for $1.00. Having spent such a significant amount on the service and the products, plus the incorrect tip amount, the bag should have been offered at no charge.

I realized the tip error when I got to my car and had to walk back to get it rectified. While the cashier did accommodate the adjustment and refunded my overpayment, she made it clear that it was my fault for not choosing a $$ amount over a % of the total. I wonder how often this happens when the person cashing you out hands over the credit card machine without explaining to the customer that the hair service is what they should be tipping on and not the products.
I really like Chatters and the professional services that I have received since becoming a customer in 2024. I am hoping that this was a one time issue and not normal practice because I would like to continue using your services and purchasing from your retail store.

Their customer service is very good and I do think they treat customers well however I was not happy with a few of my services. The lady who did my eyebrow and lip threading was obviously inexperienced as she broke the string at least 6 times during the service. Additionally, I’ve never had an experience where after getting threaded I’ve had to go home and touch up with tweezers but unfortunately this time there was still lots of unwanted hair that was left even after I told her to do it again but I guess she wasn’t able to remove it all. Here I am a week later and I need the service again and I spent $35-40 for it. I won’t be coming back for this service again as she was inexperienced and didn’t remove half of the hair. However, on the other hand the other lady who did the lash lift for me was very experienced and she did a great job and I’m very happy with my lashes.

I love the haircut and how easily Shazia was able to recreate the cut I have shown her in a pic. She was also able to accommodate the length of my hair to my liking and I was able to communicate with her to identify what suits me best personally.

The staff were friendly and the haircuts were great.

I really liked how Laura cut my hair with full attention and care and she styled my hair so nice! I’d love to get my best hair cut from here.

After coming home I noticed some of the hair hasn’t been fully cut I asked for a straight cut for my daughter it was fully straight one length

The haircut was good, but there was no disclosure of additional charges and info on hair recycling. We were charged at check out while paying and that's when I was told that too when enquired.
A. Coming from a particular religion we have apprehensions in knowing where would the hair go and what will it be used for.
B. There should be a consent taken before someone goes for a haircut letting them know this is what the hair Wil be used for and how the extra charge incurred be used.
C. The entire experience didn't look ethical to me.
D. Having said that the haircut that my Lil one got was one of the best but that goes to the stylist.

I have ok experience with hair as hair stylist couldn’t speak and understand language and it was difficult to explain plus my payment took almost 25 mins to go through because there system was delaying and not allowing them to change the final price from given quote and I was getting late for work

Excellent customer service and I love my new eyebrows. The chair(s) weren't that comfortable.

The person that did my hair did not speak English and did not understand English.
I asked for my hair to be styled straight and I got curls.

Sophia is amazing. She work her magic on my hair highlights and I’m in love with the colour. Feel like a new women. The honey blonde was a great choice.

Larysa did an amazing job on my daughters hair she will definitely be going back.

They take care of my mom she is wearing a hijab and Sofia prepares the best place for her. Also her service is great. I am really appreciate the service.
