A relaxing hour
I had a relaxing hour at Chatters in Bayers Lake. I was greeted when I arrived and my stylist was waiting for our appointment. My hair was cut with great care and I left with a smile on my face!

Poor customer service
The receptionist didn’t say Hi or answer my Hi, talked with a rude tone, note polite. The one who took my paiment didn’t say thank you and good bye ( not even answer my thank you). Those attitudes ruin the business . It was my daughter’s birthday and she noticed how rude were receptionists. Sad for Nick who did good foils and cut , and was kind to her.

Not exactly what I pictured
I appreciate the two services I received but in the end it just is not the colour I pictured. I am a very low maintenance blonde and I think there was just too much blonde put in to hair the initial appointment that even the second day going back for it to be fixed couldn’t fully correct it. I feel like I’ll give my hair a break but need to go for a fresh tone and another root smudge in less than a month.

A Needed Getaway
A Needed Getaway: What my hairdresser did well is
1. She let me sit quietly instead of inundating me with questions about "what do you do for a living"? I came to the salon to get away and relax and enjoy some me-time and she respected my need for peace.
2. She gave me an awesome scalp massage when washing my hair.
3. She did exactly what I asked her to do to my hair.
4. I would have rated it a 5 but it was a bit pricy for me. Otherwise, the service was outstanding.

Bright space and Knowledgeable Stylists
Its a clean bright space that is comfortable and fun. The booking is easy online. Kaeli is awesome and very appreciative of curly hair. She records all we do in my visits and is very attentive to detail. Love my colour!

I took my daughter to get her ears…
I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. They did a great job positioning them but when I got home, I realized that one of the earrings didn’t have a back to prevent it from falling out. I went back the next day to get a back for the earring and they gave me a silver backing for a gold earring. I am not very pleased.

Nick was awesome
Nick was awesome. He heard what I was asking for and absolutely delivered.
Hair conditioning was divine - but it seemed that he considered that only the left side of my hair was dirty through the shampoo - just an observation.
I love my new haircut and will be back.
