Going back to Waheeda knowing I would…
Going back to Waheeda knowing I would get a great haircut after spending years and wasting money trying multiple salons in Barrhaven and Nepean. She listened to me when I explained what I wanted, what I liked & didn't like. She told me what would work and gave me good advice. I got many compliments on my hair and that's why I returned to her today and will again. I will recommend Waheeda to anyone I know looking for a great salon experience!

Excellent service!
I came in on short notice and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly with Nima, who was amazing! He was very kind and polite, and was able to fix up my hair after a bad cut :) He gave me great recommendations and tips for how to care for my hair. Overall very quick, kind and professional! Thank you, Nima!

Bad haircut, but great customer service…
Was probably the worst haircut I've ever received, especially since it was not even from one side to the other.
The staff were very nice and understanding when I went back, and got another stylist to even it out for free, however it was still very choppy.
I understand some staff are newer and are still learning, but I don't think that is worth $60 plus and a bad haircut.

Good job but shocked at price
My sylist was very nice and did a great job however because online booking system was not working, I could not see pricing when I booked. I was shocked when my cut and highlights (on my chin length fine hair), was almost $300! This is far more than my usual higher end salon and not what I expect from a 'mid-range' like Chatters.

I booked a last-minute appointment with Waheeda and I’m so glad I did! She was available on short notice and made me feel instantly welcome and comfortable. Waheeda is warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, and she gave me great advice on what would suit me best. My haircut turned out beautifully… She’s clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed the entire experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great cut or colour.

The staff in the Chatters store are very helpful if you are looking for a product. Theresa my stylist is excellent. My hair is short and she always gives me a great cut. I would recommend her to anyone with short hair. She is personable and friendly.
