Our routes to market
We employ various routes to market including RS Components, Farnell Element 14, CPC and Rapid Electronics in addition to strategically located specialist Control Gear distributors and wholesalers.
We also sell directly to you.
We do not employ an expensive sales force. This cost saving enables us and our distributors to sell directly to you at very competitive prices. However we do employ a National Sales Manager who, together with office based product specialists will provide you with full on-site and telephone support.

Got the advice, got sent the kit, put it together as instructed by their very helpful tech department and everything works as planned first time. Never been disappointed with the service I have received here. Provided some very good solutions to situations over the past few years that I have used them. Extremely helpful, especially when you don’t know what device you want for the job. You won’t be let down by these guys. Delivered on time can’t grumble at all.

Hi Kenneth,
I am sorry that this happened. Unfortunately as you say, it was shipped to your invoice address however we did contact you and let you know that same day that we had done this. You were also made aware that we had contacted FedEx and intercepted the delivery and re-routed it to the correct delivery address. The parcel was delivered only 1 day later than planned to the correct address.
