Please do NOT buy from this company.
Their customer service is dreadful, and they do everything they can to avoid accepting returns. After many emails clearly stating that I simply wanted to return my item, they still refused to provide a return address. Instead, they kept bombarding me with alternative offers and would not process the return at all.

I eventually had to give up trying. I will never purchase from them again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well. A company that cannot adhere to basic return regulations should not be allowed to sell online.

Really bad customer service, lead times are long and the dress that arrived looked nothing like in the picture, however they continued arguing it’s the same.

The refund window only 2 weeks and you have to pay for shipping to China.

I will never order from them ever again.

I bought a dress from here but it never arrived after backwards and forward emails I was told sorry their is nothing they can do and they won’t refund me please please stay way from this company I wish I had read the reviews first

Do not order from this company. I ordered a dress in 2 sizes as I didn’t know what size would fit best. I checked the returns policy so I could return one and it looked fine. The dresses came but they were terrible. Really cheap material and what should have been a leather belt was just a cheap lookalike. They looked and felt awful. I requested a returns form and it took 5 emails before they sent me instructions and then the address was in China and didn’t look right. I decided to return the dresses anyway which cost me £26! Hoping there was a chance I’d get my money back. 2 months later my parcel is still in customs in China. I emailed the company but they refuse to refund me until they receive the dresses which we both know isn’t going to happen. I’ve now seen the same dress on a website called ‘Evelyn & Co. London’ and ‘Milford Manchester’. Stay away!

I bought two dresses. They took forever to arrive. When they did the material was very cheap, the item was extremely poorly made, nasty plastic belt and altogether didn't resemble what was advertised. No way to get a refund, no communication ... total scam. Returned the dresses to the only address found in Albania ... parcel returned to me two months later 'unclaimed' at destination. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ... SHOCKING EXPERIENCE.

The dress I bought was luckily in their ‘sale’ so I only paid £28.50 because when it arrived although nice, it didn’t resemble the photo in terms of quality, ok for casual or the beach but definitely not for an occasion as the photo implied. I’m 5ft8 so not small, but the maxi dress was far too long and as it was pleated, impossible to shorten even if I’d wanted to. I emailed to ask how to return as there was no returns label. I was offered instead a 10% refund to keep it, I refused as the dress was unwearable for me. I was also offered another item on the website instead, but only if I paid an additional £12.84. I refused. They offered me a 35% refund instead. I realised at this point that I would not be able to return and get a full refund for an item that doesn’t fit so I agreed to the 35% and took the hit. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two items. When they arrived the quality was very poor and they did not look like the images on the website. I attempted to return the items.The company kept offering different incentives not to return. When I did e eventually get the shipping address I paid £15 to return the goods to Albania. Only to have them return to me with the note to say they were not collected by the company I would not use this company again.

Never order from this company. A poorly quality, poor fit dress arrived. The return process is awful. £19 to return the item tracked to Albania. Tracking showed attempted delivery with no further updates. The company tried to offer numerous ridiculous offers (10% refund plus % off next orders etc) 23 emails over a
7 week period before they reluctantly issued a refund but only after advising of legal action.

I ordered 3 items, 2 items arrived after a considerable time, they were very poor quality and too small, I emailed ( Sarah ) for a return address and refund, this has went on for 2 months, I paid via PayPal, I paid £85.85 for 3 items, received 2 of them, as I said poor quality and too small, I was hoping to get my money back but no joy, she should be stopped from trading!!!

Horrific company. Cheap nasty products and they refused my return despite me providing evidence that I complied within the time frame. Tried to offer me a discount but I refused as I want my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Please do not order from this company.It seems they have affiate in London but their company is located in China. They are not in London. I purchased an order worth of £37.95. The order was too small for me and of was bad quality. I requested for a return address. It took them ages to send a return address(China address was sent to me) and that was because I reported them to my bank. It would cost £24. 05 to return it. Please dont fall a victim.

I ordered 2 dresses in April 25 (£60). They arrived promptly and the sizing was ridiculously too small. I emailed to request a return. They offered me a 15% to keep the dresses. I refused, then they offered me a 30% discount to keep the dresses, I refused. They gave me a return address in Albania, advising me the return should be tracked. I paid £15 for International tracked on 15/5/25. I kept checking the tracking & the returned parcel arrived in Albania on 20/5/25 and remained there until it was returned to me on 1/7/25. The sticker on the parcel indicated "Unclaimed - return to sender"
Absolutely shocking!!!

Got to say the dress was lovely. However too small. Wanted to return. Wasn’t stated when ordering returns would be difficult. Was offered a discount. I didn’t want the dress as it was too small. Paid £20 to return on a track. Made its way to Albania. Customs wouldn’t except it ( which I know that’s not the companies fault). If I knew it would be this difficult I wouldn’t have ordered. The parcel now seems to be returning to me. But is now lost!! Out of pocket £70 now and no item!

Poor quality fabric and return service is horrendous. The description advertises the dresses fabric as breathable; it was not, it had a plastic feel. I bought the dresses on 23rd May, they didn't arrive until 4th June. I immediately wanted to return the products, to then find the returns address was Albania. First they try and get you to keep the clothes by offering a 15% refund to which I said no, then they increased it. It took a week for them to finally send me a return form. It cost me £20 to send it back to Albania with tracking service and it is still at customs; whether the address doesn't exist, I have no idea. Support staff will not help.

No quality at all, I wish I have read comments before, feel scammed. Want to return, not easy at all,try to call, no answer, send emails, no answer. Scammes. I would rate -100 if I could.

I ordered two dresses, one is lovely but the other feels like plastic. I honestly feel it would be a fire hazard wearing it. Tried to contact company to return it, was told it could only be within 14 days yet the automated email response says 30 days. Getting absolutely nowhere with customer service. If the quality of an item is raised then I would expect better communication and options for return/refund or even replacement. Do not buy!! Oh and delivery is weeks and weeks despite what it says when purchasing.

The quality of clothes is awful, they’re also not true to size and when returning I had to pay £18 for track and trace to Albania. What is it with these companies using UK names to con buyers. Honestly, one of the worse companies I’ve used and have told everyone about their return policy. ‘Don’t return, we will give you a £60 voucher to use in our store, this will help save the planet’. As if I want more crap quality clothes, maybe only sell this rubbish in your own country so you’re not ‘killing the planet’ with the crap you’re sending to us which we all want to return.

It’s a scam. Products are awful quality, won’t let me return contacted numerous of times and they try to offer you 30% of your money back. But then when they finally gave me an address to return them to it was in CHINA!!??? AVOID AT ALL COSTS IT IS NOT WORTH IT

Awful quality and not worth the price. Pattern was different to what was advertised online, so very deceitful. Reluctant to give full refund and would not refund the postage even though the fault lies with them. Do not trust this online shop and do not buy from them! In the end I had to involve my bank.

Wish I’d have read the reviews before I ordered. The dress is poor standard and nothing like as advertised. Steer clear!
