My experience working with CB911 has been very positive so far, especially thanks to our Account Executive, Leanne. She is always on top of everything, highly responsive, and incredibly supportive. I’m really happy with her assistance and guidance in helping us address the different issues we’ve encountered.
We’re also very pleased with the decision to switch to CB911 from another alert provider at the beginning of the year. The improvement has been significant, and overall the service has met our expectations.
In terms of areas for improvement, the integration support could be stronger. At times, our integration team lacked clear guidance on how to proceed, particularly with the integration of Order Insight and Compelling Evidence, which are still not working as expected. More structured support during these processes would be very helpful.
That said, a big congratulations to our Account Executive, our experience with Leanne has been excellent, and she has made a real difference.
