Bought one of these six months ago, but it stopped working. Assuming that it was my own fault for adding water to the oil (which you're not supposed to do), I sucked it up and bought this in advance of Christmas as my wife's present, only to find that she had bought a different brand for me.

I contacted Charabanc to ask if they would accept a return even though it was over the 30 days, as the item is brand new and unopened, only to get a cookie cutter 'no returns after 30 days' email.

I get the fact that it is over the 30 days, but I feel that I am being penalised for trying to be organised in advance of Christmas. How simple would it have been for them to simply say 'yes, we'll accept the return as long as you cover the postage' - it would have been no skin off their nose. Now I'm stuck with something that I can't return so I will have to try and sell it on eBay.

Really disappointing customer service...

I had one of those awful feelings when the first dispatched item disappeared from tracking. But I was very wrong... The company dispatched a replacement with expedited shipping and received in just a few days during the Xmas and New Year period.

A lovely looking diffuser with light and battery (so can be easily relocated) and gorgeous smelling oils.

A huge thank you to the customer service team for getting this to me in time for my partner's birthday. 5* plus service.

I did not receive a tracking number for the order. However, customer services were quick to resolve for me. And during the Xmas period! On opening the box I was greeted with pure luxury! From the packaging down to the retail bag that was added to the box (nice touch). I received two car fresheners as a free gift also. Could even smell the oils before getting them out of there boxes! I can only describe the fragrances as pure luxury designer fragrances for your air! I have tried many other high end systems, but this beats them all easily!! Cannot say enough good things about this device. Look forward to more great experiences!

Ich bin extrem begeistert! Besser als jede Duftlampe, die ich je hatte: Lampe Berger, Diffusor oder Teelicht. Ja, es scheint eine chinesische Firma zu sein, nicht in London hergestellt. Warum das nicht transparent gemacht wird weiß ich nicht. Besser direkt in China kaufen als über Zwischenhändler der letztlich auch in China kauft. Gute Qualität, sehr hochwertig und dazu noch wunderschön. Wie in der Werbung kommt superschnell der starke Duftnebel. Ich habe über 100qm, innerhalb von 5 Minuten duftet es in jede Ecke. Sehr stark. Den mitgelieferten Duft mag ich nicht so gerne und habe es mit meinen eigenen Düften noch nicht ausprobiert. Das Gerät brummt ganz ganz leise. Ich werde mir noch eins kaufen und es auch verschenken. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

I love this item! The charging connector in the base I first received was defective. When I reported it to customer service (along with a video of the problem), they responded quickly and sent me a brand new functional base. I was impressed by the swiftness of their response, follow-up, and resolution of the problem. The aroma diffuser itself is high-quality and functions beautifully. I am very happy with the entire experience!

I placed two orders about two weeks ago. The tracking information does not provide a delivery date. Customer support does not respond positively to my request for a delivery date. I just get check the courier or it’s on its way.

La spedizione è andata bene fino alla consegna finale, quando un errore di trascrizione del mio nome ne ha impedito la buona riuscita. Segnalato il problema a Charabanc, si sono immediatamente attivati per risolvere e farmi consegnare il pacco. Così è stato e il giorno dopo l'ho ricevuto. VERAMENTE BRAVI!

On November 20th, I placed an order with Charabanc.
The shipment was ok until the final delivery, when a spelling error with my name prevented it from being delivered. I reported the problem to Charabanc, and they immediately took action to resolve the issue and deliver the package. They did, and I received it the next day. WELL DONE!

Outstanding design by far the best I ever had. When I did have a small issue the customer services were incredible which is rare these days. Thank you so much

The service of the extremely friendly staff was amazing and helped me immensely with my order. I am 77 years old and not used to ordering on line unsure if is safe. I would recommend this company.

First of all, I wanted to thank you very much and let you know that Charabancaroma has an incredibly efficient and professional customer service team (I corresponded with Emma). My package was misappropriated by a stranger, and after documenting the entire situation, the company acted very courteously towards the customer, deciding to send another diffuser. As for the product itself, it's simply exceptional, just as advertised. It creates an incredible aura in the room, and the scent is very intense, which can be adjusted. It's perfect for the upcoming Christmas season, and I highly recommend it as a gift, which I also gave myself. The product is very original for today's times.

I bought a diffuser earlier this year. A few weeks ago it quit working. I emailed customer support, fully expecting no response. They emailed back the next business day, and after providing a couple photos and trying a couple troubleshooting steps they sent me a new diffuser. I received the new diffuser within the same week and it works flawlessly!

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was and that customer service was willing to work with me.

Had a problem with the diffuser not working properly, communication was great throughout. Was finally replaced with a new diffuser unit after trying all the cleaning tutorials. Excellent company with great customer service and oils smell amazing.

I have a long story/journey to tell so stay with me on this. I live in Pennsylvania, USA and I seen this on FB of course..lol. I wasn’t sure about them but, I love their description of the product and yes of course the scents that I thought, what the heck, let’s try it! I am so sure that you will be satisfied and very happy with your purchased from Charabanc! My first experience was about the liquid in the bottles. Although it is quite common to have some leakage through the dropper nipple, one of mine was not like the others. I sent pics and questioned this. Emma, who was very kind and understanding ( I was not either of those toward this company) sent me a replacement bottle right away! Then, I ordered two more diffusers, a mini and one without the light on it for my home and I was for my office. Worked like a champ but, then I had some issues with my
First diffuser which had all the bells and whistles and even the heart globe light with it not staying on. Again, I reached out and showed them a video and in return they understood that something was not right and had sent my replacement for that one! Unbelievable great customer service! I am thrilled and will be purchasing more in the future for my coworkers as gifts for Christmas. I

I purchased the mini travel diffuser. When it arrived it was beautifully packaged and even included a bag which I assume is if you were gifting it to someone. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work even after following the trouble shooting guides. I emailed them and got an extremely fast response. I answered a few questions, took a quick video of what I was doing and customer care confirmed there seemed to be an issue with the base unit. A replacement was immediately put in the post and I received it within days. All working perfectly. Sometimes when purchasing online, after-care service can be dreadful. This was not the case here and I was very impressed with the speed with which they replied to every email, it felt like they were specifically there for me, and the resolution was so fast. Loving the diffuser and would have no hesitation to recommend.

Bought a diffuser for my boyfriend. After a half year the diffuser stoped working.
The customer service was very good and patient, explaining the steps to find the issue with the product.
The part that did not work anymore has been send within the same day of my email, and I received it within I week. Very happy with the outcome. Love the product.

I purchased the mini travel diffuser for my personal use, I really love this product, it has a sleek and unique appearance, it is very compact and easy to use. My favourite essential oil blend is No.39 Citrus Delight as it is very fresh and works perfectly in the kitchen/living room. As a company Charabancaroma are very supportive and responsive to any questions or assistance you may require also.

This company is amazing in every way. I love the diffuser. It's well made and unique and came beautifully packaged in a very quick timeframe. The essential oils are all lovely, long lasting and different to any I have previously tried. The fragrances are layered and sophisticated and I love using them every day. My favourite at the moment is no.35, which is a lovely floral. It's subtle and fresh and doesn't smell overpowering like a toilet freshener, which I have experienced with other oils. When no.35 disappeared from their website I was disappointed so I contacted them. They responded straight away, sending me a direct link to no.35 so I ordered immediately. Could not rate them any higher in any respect. Buy with confidence!

I am a firm believer that a store isn't solely represented by its products but also it's customer service, and trustworthiness. It is in my view that this charabanc aroma is a reliable, trustworthy company that does geniunely design its own goods (as seen by their heart shaped wick which I've tried very hard to find a knock off but couldn't), but could probably do with better QA.

I ordered two charabanc aroma diffuser. One is of reasonable quality and functions well (so far). The other, however, has a crooked misaligned back plate that caused me a great deal of embarrassment since it was given as a gift and got rejected. Had to explain I didn't order it from taobao.

You'd think I would rate this company lower, but when I explained to them what happened, they were geniunely apologetic and did their best to make amend and promised to pass on my feedback to their manufacturer. In the end we were able to come to a amicable resolution.

No company's perfect, just like nobodys perfect. What's important is what we do when we make mistakes, and I'm happy to recommend this company based on the after sales I received.

It is not perfect, but it is trustworthy.
