Totally looks different to quality and colour to what I saw on there site!! Cloth quality not good and colour is not the same!! False advertising!! Wish I checked reviews on here before I purchased

Should have read the reviews I made a very costly mistake. The address shown is London but obviously a scam company working out of China. Nearly 4 weeks and still waiting for order. Get emails saying product on way but still waiting. Have asked for return details and returns are my expense to China and that’s only if the order ever arrives.

Awful quality, returns have to be posted to china. chaps definitely not of London. Total rip off and waste of money.

Scam company!
This company claims to be UK-based but ships poor-quality items from China. My item arrived with a chemical smell, didn’t match the size or photos, and they refused to refund unless I paid to return it to China. Misleading and unfair. Be warned!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
Goods are poor quality, over priced and wrong size.
Returns process is very convoluted and costly.

The order has taken almost 3 weeks to arrive, and on arrival the garment arrived if that's what you can call it we could not believe what was in front of us. Product should have been extra large wouldn't fit my 10 year old grandson nevermind my husband. Absolute rubbish. Should not be allowed to trade.

Scam company. They lie and say they have shipped items which they have not. Raise dispute with your bank and contact trading standards!!! Get your money back and don’t give up. Company’s like this are illegal and need to be exposed

This is the worst quality of product I have ever ordered. AVOID AVOID AVOID, its is clearly a scam Chinese or Indian company.

Let's be honest the reviews are not great but I wanted to say how my experience went.
I chose a parka coat and was a bit disappointed by the delivery time(not knowing about where it was coming from,I assumed London like everyone else does) a long wait but I received it none the less. Item as described and was happy with my purchase.
I express my concerns in an email about delivery times and an email response the next day reassuring me it is on its way. All in all I had a good outcome from this company. Hope this helps the next person who considers a purchase from chapsoflondon

Operating as a shop front in in the UK but based overseas in china. Very deceitful and unethical operations. Had to return item back to china. Would rather get something back than nothing. Clothing no better than Shein but at least Shein are honest about it and have a UK base for returning.

I made my order online, but the delivery came without notifying me; no messages or emails were received. I had to check it frequently, and finally I found that they said they had delivered the clothes. I went to the safe place to find it, but it was missing. After contacting customer support service several times, explaining the issue in detail, they finally agreed to a 25% refund, not the full refund.

What bad service it is. I won't buy anything from this company anymore. Don't trust it unless you're willing to bear the risk of losing your money.

Very deceiving company, not based in London as the name suggests, blame myself because I usually check Trustpilot beforehand.
Based in China and not going to arrive in time for our holiday. Although reading other comments, the clothes are likely to be crap anyway.

I wish I had of read the reviews first, I to was led to believe this was a shop in london unfortunately it isn't, iv had no joy by even getting an address to return my items which by the way are awful,cheapest material that you can find both different sizes though they are meant to be the same size,look nothing like the picture, will definitely read reviews in the future,im so angry that these companies can take our hard earned money send out trash and still keep our money

Bought a pair of of linen trousers from them ment to be sky blue arrived 17 days later dark blue and the quality is shocking
After several emails told send them back we will also give you 10% of your next purchase

Terrible Terrible Terrible AVOID this company it’s not in London it’s China it’s took nearly 3 weeks for my hoodie to arrive and it’s absolutely terrible I ordered a Medium it’s more like an XS !! Horrible quality too too tight it’s just awful never EVER ever again would I buy from this company totally AVOID and the price I paid for this type of hoodie is scandalous totally totally just RUBBISH

These people are crook scammers. The goods are garbage and don't fit and returns have to be made to some backwater in CHINA at massive cost making it pointless. DO NOT BUY WHATEVER YOU DO

Ordered as i was getting desperate and it was the first one to appear on Google
Took about 3 weeks to turn up
The Chinese tracking number did make me feel as though id been duped
Came today ,a shirt for a wedding
Arrived in a nice bag ,its a good fit and the material is actually of a decent quality
For 25 quid honestly I can't moan but I might of been lucky
The reviews are awful online...pay your money and takes your chance
Im not complaining
