As a first time buyer I was unsure of what type of survey I needed; was recommended Chant Surveys by the estate agent and Darren was polite and helpful all the way through. Communication was easy, quick responses and aftercare was offered to explain anything on the comprehensive survey that we were unsure of. Would recommend

While the rest of the house buying process has been slow and painful, Darren and Chant Surveys have been the complete opposite and a shining beacon of excellence. They have been absolutely superb, and I would strongly recommend them. We’ve used Chant surveys twice, after our first house purchase fell through. Throughout, Darren replied to me within minutes of sending emails, and both times was incredibly fast, at first getting the surveys booked in with the agent, and secondly, completed and sent to me. The surveys were very extensive, and Darren was always around to answer any questions afterwards.

Darren carried out our Level 2 RICS survey and was fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, and managed to organise and complete the survey far quicker than we expected.

The report was very thorough, clearly explained, and included lots of photos and a colour-coded priority system which made everything easy to understand. Excellent value for money and a really professional service, we would highly recommended.

I recently used Chantsurveys for a Level 2 Survey and was very impressed with the service. The report was thorough, easy to navigate, and included clear photos of all areas of the property, including the roof and loft space. The surveyor was professional and took the time to discuss the technical aspects of the report over the phone. A very reliable service that provides great peace of mind during the buying process.

From the initial calI I felt I was in safe hands with Chant Surveys. We discussed the property and it transpired that a Homebuyers Survey was required, even though I still thought I should have a full structual survey done but after speaking with Darren he explained the many reason why the Homebuyers Survey would be sufficient for what was needed, thus saving me money and not overcharging for a service not required. Reason enough to feel safe and in good hands. The survey was seamlessly booked with the property vendor agents and I received emails notifying me that the appointment was booked and when for etc. Once the survey was complete Darren again reached out to let me know there was a query which needed further investigation which may delay the report getting back to me, another reason as to why I felt in good hands, most wouldn't bother to let you know these days. Received the survey a couple of days after the survey was completed and the report I received was great, easy to read with reasons for scoring and solutions to those issues which needed attending, not sure what more you could ask for. In a world where customer service is dwindling, it was great to see it very much alive with Chant Surveys. Thank you Darren.
