Callum provided an excellent service to us when selling our house in Warwick, and we would highly recommend Change Homes to anyone looking to sell their property.

Change Homes was recommended to us through a neighbour who had sold with them. From the beginning it was clear Callum had done his research and he gave us an honest valuation (compared with some "overly optimistic" ones provided by some other estate agents). We got a personal service which larger estate agents are not able to match, and we felt that Callum cared about our custom (unlike our experience with Purple Bricks).

Our completion date was delayed due to issues beyond our control but Callum was contactable and approachable throughout. He managed to keep in touch and the appropriate amount of pressure on all concerned to see the sale through to completion.

Once again, we would highly recommend Change Homes to anyone looking to sell their house.

I was looking for a house in Warwick and found the house I was looking for via Change Homes, dealing with Callum throughout the buying journey.
Callum has been polite, professional and very helpful throughout that entire journey. There were challenges along the way with the speed of the legal process and Callum had to work very hard to coordinate all the various legal and buying/selling components, which he did in a calm and professional manner.
My only negative was that often calls went straight to voicemail and there was little time to record a message. Covid has clearly produced some challenges with communication and Change Homes are working well under the circumstances.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Change Homes.

We have just moved into our new home after selling with Change Homes. Callum provided an extremely professional and efficient service throughout our sale. From appraisal to completion Callum was extremely responsive and communicated at every stage. Although our property was in an area Change Homes had not listed in before, this did not hold Change Homes back at all! The photographs and online listing details were extremely well done and we have had a lot of positive comments regarding the photography of our home - something I have noticed is consistent with a lot of properties listed with Change Homes. He was able to arrange viewings of our property at times to suit and was very flexible. We had several offers on our property and Callum worked hard to achieve our ambitious asking price and ensured to check in and communicate after sale STC. He helped us to push the completion of our sale and purchase through to a tight timescale.

We can not thank Callum enough for his excellent service and would certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking to list their home! Hopefully we won’t be moving house any time soon but we will definitely be back in touch if when we do!

I have used a lot of estate agents in the past & I can honestly say change homes offers an extremely high end service & exactly what you want.

Callum was great right from the start with a good appraisal of the market and valuation of our house. The property went on the market in March just 2 weeks before the first lockdown but once the market reopened we have a large number of viewings, Callum kept this process simple for us organising the viewings at times to suit us (really appreciated with an 18 month old). Following discussions with Callum we lowered our asking price slightly which reflected the post lockdown market and achieved a sale within a couple of weeks. Callum remain engaged from acceptance of the offer right through to completion. Very professional service and would highly recommend.

We have dealt with Callum on several occasions, firstly a few years ago when we wanted a valuation on our house, He was quick to come out and provide this but at the time we chose not to go ahead due to personal circumstances but always remembered him to use again and around 18 months later we decided to use him, we were keen to sell our house for a price based to sell quickly, he marketed property on Rightmove quickly and achieved a sale which was under asking price but still enough for us at the time, Unfortunately the sale fell through due to the house we wanted having problems nothing to do with Callum. 6 months later we decided to try again and went with Callum again. Totally different story this time, We advised him of price we were looking for and if unachievable we wouldn't list and we wanted his honest opinion, he assured us we could get this and after placing on market 3 weeks later when the market is supposed to be "active" as quoted by Callum himself we had 2 viewings and not even one offer! No enquiries nothing. We told him that a lot of houses weren't selling and he simply said his were and he didn't believe that, if this was the case why wasn't ours even getting interest and we even had proof of the houses similar to ours not selling. He then said our house was priced too high when we advised him we wanted to un-instruct him which is not what he had said in the first place! We felt like he had led us up the garden path to get us on his books again. We said be honest with us from the outset and he wasn't. We were disappointed this time and like the title, this is an honest review, we are not "bashing" him, just giving a review of our past experiences.

Callum is a very nice guy, somebody you would want to work with esp as a clueless first time buyer.

We recently purchased a property advertised through Change Homes, and were very impressed with the service offered. Callum was professional and extremely responsive throughout. The personal touch which he adds to the house buying experience, and his willingness to work according to the schedule of his customers is extremely refreshing, and we’d have no hesitation using him and his company in the future.

Callum was a breath of fresh air. Dilligent, available and consistent, Callum provided us with a level of service that is missing from most other agents. He had viewings lined up before we had appointed him, and achieved a price in excess of asking. Given our working schedule he was happy to communicate via text, usually after hours so we always felt on top of the latest news. Would recommend.

Change homes were great to deal with during our recent sale. Photos on the advert were of an excellent standard. We could always get hold of Callum on our WhatsApp group which is a great idea and made the experience feel very personal. Fees were lower than the high street agents and the service from Callum was undoubtedly better. We have just recommended Callum to our friends who have also gone on the market with Change Homes and had a positive experience.

We couldn’t recommend Callum from change homes enough. He was very friendly and professional. Answered our calls promptly and helped with any queries we had as soon as he could. Would definitely use change homes in future.

Change homes looked after the sale of our property recently when we were part exchanging and I can’t praise them enough. Having had a negative experience with another agent, it was a breath of fresh air. From the photos taken and description of the house in the brochure it was exactly what we needed.

We first met Callum when we went to view a property that was being advertised for sale on the Change Homes website. We found him to be both personable and professional, so had no reservation in appointing him to sell our property. Throughout the process Callum was always there to advise on progress, and most importantly to arrange viewings of our property. I think Change Homes provide a personal service that you wouldn't receive from larger firms, so I would have no hesitation in recommending them as estate agents.

We would highly recommend Callum & Change Homes. Callum works around yours and viewers timescales, not his own; completing the majority of our viewings on evenings and weekends when working people are actually available. A big selling point for us over other agents was that as the Director, he doesn't just visit you at first to win the business and then pass across to other sale agents who turn up with a key and have no idea about the property - all viewings were done himself with knowledge of what he was selling.

Callum worked far better than the high street estate agents of our onward purchase to finalise the sale, and ended up having more contact with the sellers of our next property than their own estate agent.

I can understand the temptation to move to online estate agents in comparison to the majority of high street agents, but this refreshing approach from Change Homes is how it should be done properly.
